Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

I made a special trip to this Jets to place my order. I placed order at 1 pm to have my order delivered to my home at 630 pm. I was having a pizza party at the beach for 22 people so my order was large. The order came to 100.00. I told the girl taking my order I needed it by 630 pm and I would meet him at front gate. I got to gate before 630 pm. Everyone else went on to the beach. It was 635 pm so I called Jets. Girl answered phone and said pizza was on the way. I waited 10 more minutes and called back. At this time girl answered again and said he would be there in 10 minutes. I asked if they could call driver and girl said no he was on the way. I waited 15 more minutes and no sign of driver. I called back again and asked for manager. Manager said he had no idea where the order was but he would call back. Said he couldn't call driver because he would be driving. He called back to say that the order was made but was in the holder to be picked up. At this time I said we had waited long enough I wanted my money back. The 20 people in 5 cars had spent 6 per car to go wait at beach for pizza's. I went to get the money with a rude cashier Payton that would not let us speak to manager. Gave back the money and just said you have your money and have a good day. My cousin kept asking for the manager and she would not get manager. We should have been given something for each if the 22 people who was stuck stranded with no dinner. I would never recommend this Jets. Rude and definitely understand organized place. Franchises like this make a bad name...

I ordered 2 small deep dish pizzas, a small round pepperoni, a ham and cheese deli boat, and a salad. I was quoted a 20 min pickup. I arrived right on time to be told it would be another 20 minutes. After an hour, I asked about my order. They finally figured out they had separated it and it was done. They handed me 3 pizza boxes and a salad. I told them I was missing one. We figured out they forgot to make one of my small deep dish. I was told they would be glad to make me another one. I said I didn't have time to wait as it had been an hour and 20 min for PICKUP. I can understand delivery but not for pickup. I was then told I could get a coupon for a free small deep dish later. I told them I just wanted a refund. They gave me one. When I got to our house, everything was cold. I have eaten Jets pizza all over U S. I will never eat the one in Ft. Myers again. Their manger needs fired and their owner needs to get someone capable to run his pizza place. I was only one of several people who got their food wrong and everybody was way over their quoted time. I know things get crazy busy right before Christmas but that service was ridiculous. They could have quoted me an hour and I wouldn't complain about the time. I know that they didn't do this because they know some people won't wait. Piss poor management. While I was waiting they ran out of large deep dish dough and were going to run out of small deep dish before too long.( they had 12 left) Again that comes down...

UPDATE (8/13/20): I'm still giving you guys 5 stars because your pizza is the best, HOWEVER, you need to properly train your staff that answers the phone. I get delivery from you guys at least once a week. Normally I order online, but this particular time I decided to call. The girl on the phone ARGUED with me for at least 10 minutes, trying to tell me that you DON'T deliver to my address. Yes... you do. She didn't believe me. Come on. TRAIN your staff. If it wasn't for the earlier EXCELLENT customer service I received from you when I needed it, I would have dropped you down to 4 stars.

I order from Jet's a lot. They are the best deep-dish cheese & pep pizza in SWFL. I tried something new and ordered the BBQ chicken pizza yesterday. I wasn't very happy with it. It was under-cooked and soggy. BUT... the reason why I'm giving them 5 stars is because I called them up, explained that I was unhappy, and they offered to deliver me a brand new fresh pizza of my choice at no charge. Excellent customer...
