Subway — Restaurant in Florida

Some subways will and some refuse to toast a flatbread. I went to 4 subways tonight and finally found that Marilu at this location will!!! Tytyty!!! I have to get flatbread because I’m Diebetic and it barely raises my blood sugar. The regular bread makes it go very high. I had to drive 10 miles out of the way but will come to this subway only from now on. She also made a Fiery meatball for me which was discontinued. Can’t believe they are going to be discontinuing the ghost pepper bread. It is out of this world!!! Thank you Marilu for being you and putting the customer first. Keep up the great job. You remember what customer service should be....

I ordered two subs through the app with a promotion for buying one sub at full price and getting the second 50% off. I was charged full price for both subs and I tried explaining the situation to the employee who told me there was nothing he could do even after I went through the help section of the app that said this could only be fixed at the store level. I ordered a salad on Uber Eats and selected the toppings I wanted. Salad was delivered without any LETTUCE. I called to let them know and they told me I need to specify I want lettuce...ON MY SALAD. I explained that is not an actual option on Uber Eats, it just asks you what toppings you want.
