Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Florida

1st time I ordered was nice lady, answered immediately was pleasant and took my order a large bread sticks with cheese and added pepperoni. They showed up no cheese. I called let em know hey they showed up no cheese. No problem sent em out again right. All good. 5stars tonight that changed.

Tonight I call get a weird call tree Internet bot that directs me to some guy named Mark who is incredibly rude. His tone is demeaning and I ask to make the same order largest cheesy bread sticks he informs me that's 5 I say no I ordered some that came in a med box. Oh that's a double order. Can I get your phone # and 1st and last name.

I tell him my 1st and inform him he won't be getting my last name put whatever you want there. He trys to force me to give him my 1st and last name or he can't place an order. I hung up. It's a pizza dude, you don't need all my meta data information to deliver some fricken pizza man.

Extremely disappointed. I was excited for a new Pizza Hut in the area, the first time I ordered a lg meat lovers pan pizza and when I got home the pizza was not cooked. I thought, ok maybe they forgot to turn the oven on. Second chance I order a triple treat box with a med super supreme pan pizza and med veggie lovers thin and crispy. I asked to please cook the crust well done. I get there for contactless curbside and ended up going inside. I check the pan pizza and it is once again undercooked. I asked them to cook it ore and the girl at the counter said they could not since it has already been cut. An older white gentleman was in the back yelling at everyone so I didn’t want to add to their problems. Got home and the thin and crispy is thin but the only crisp is the top edge of the pizza crust. My recommendation to save anyone time, money, and aggravation is to go next door and buy some pizza dough and just eat that; if you want a cooked crust, go ahead and throw it in the oven, because you will have to do the same with any pizza...

The first time I placed the order online, the guy went around for 40 minutes with our food so I told him to leave we’re not going to pay for that. I called back up there to speak to the manager and he reassured me that everything was gonna be fine this time if not, he would Deliver it himself Then I had to call him and ask where the food was for the second time and they’re telling me that the driver said that I never answered the door when the driver never knocked.
