I have a severe egg allergy and specifically asked Jimmy johns for no Mayo on my sub multiple times while I was picking up food on my way to work a 10 hour shift they did not follow the simple instructions thankfully I double checked the sand which before I took a bite. After I realized this I was already 30 minutes away at work with no food and 12$ wasted on a sandwich I have to throw away. So I called Jimmy Johns and asked to speak to a manager a girl answered and I told her what had happened she said there’s nothing they can do everyone make mistakes… this mistake could of put me in the hospital and is not acceptable once so ever. Didn’t offer me Any kind of resolution not to come back a different day for a free sub to replace the one I just spent my hard earned money on and had to throw in the trash. Read moreThe old man in the front was the most arrogant and entitled person I have ever encountered while doing my delivery job. After I checked in to pick up my order to deliver, I sat down to wait for it and he immediately started making comments to someone about a hot bag. I ignored hw comment because I did not know he was referring to me. As I walked up to the counter to pick up one of my orders, he very rudely handed me the last order, which was the hot one, and told me that I needed my bag present. I said I did not have it with me. He then proceeded to interrogate me about how I performed my work, where I worked at, and talked down to me. Mind you the hot bag was in my car, but I did not feel that was any of his business how I was going to care for my order. Called the store and ask them to please make sure they put the correct amount of bacon on the sandwich as last time they only put 2 slices. I actually managed a Jimmy John’s for five years and know that a portion for bacon is five slices. I also know that it is one of the most expensive items in your food cost. The store is trying to keep their food costs low by only giving you three strips of bacon but charging full price. Pretty disappointing especially the fact that I called the store explaining that it happened last time but I didn’t leave a review or complain at that time assuming it was a mistake. I guess if I want to ensure that I get the proper serving size at this store I will have to go into the store and watch them make it which is pretty ridiculous.
