Normally I donāt leave reviews but honestly after today I just canāt take it. Idk if this makes me a Karen but I need to get this off my chest. Every time I order from here thereās literally something wrong with my order! EVERY. SINGLE. TIMEEEEE! I order the same thing every time and order at least once a week. When ordering I make sure to go over every detail to the max so it is clear and understood and hoping that it will be right when I come to get it. Yet every time when I pick up my food I still have a problem with some part or all of the order. Itās a shame that in these days we canāt just have a smooth order with no issues. They also make you pay over the phone for a Togo order and I was on the phone for ten minutes repeating my card several times for whatever reason as the person taking my card number kept laughing. Anyways here is what I order:
One sausage and cheese omelet - I ask for extra sausage , keep the cheese on the inside and add extra cheese cheddar to the top but make sure to keep the cheese on the inside too. Cinnamon raisin toast and the home fries. Add grape jelly and butter and tobacco sauce.
One southwest omelet add cheesesteak meat and keep the cheese on the inside and add cheddar to the top . English muffin and home fries.
Sprite and fruit punch and a side of bacon
The total was $50.24
Upon getting there I always check the order because I already know my past experiences here.
No drinks were given when I was handed my food I had to remind the person that I ordered drinks. No hot sauce, grape jelly or butter was provided so I had to remind them of that. The sausage and cheese omelet didnāt have the cheddar on top per my request. The southwest omelet didnāt have the cheddar on top per my request either. So they went to āremakeā the omelets but I later found out they were not remade and just heated up with cheese on top while the rest of the food got cold. Once I got the āremadeā food back I checked again it seemed ok and at that point I was just ready to go home and eat. Once I got home I realized there were only 3 pieces of raisin cinnamon toast when normally there are 4. The southwest omelet now had the cheese that is supposed to go in the inside on the outside and no cheese on the inside which is actually insane how they managed to mess it up again after they had already messed up.
Now that Iāve finished venting Iām finally calm and realize this is why I donāt leave reviews because it is what it is life is filled with things that will irritate you but something has to be done in these restaurants to make sure people are getting their...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe decided to try KeKe's for the first time today. We went out for father's day! We were very excited to try the new place. We were assuming it would be pretty busy since it was a holiday. (FATHERS DAY) To our surprise we walked in and was seated immediately! š Our waitress Sylvia G. Was very nice! Sylvia welcomed us with a smile, got our drinks and engaged in conversation with my 5 years old daughter. (Who was STARVING BTW) š¤£š¤£ Besides our waitress, I would have liked to see more "smiling faces", or just all around better "atmosphere " some of the workers were rolling their eyes, and just having a RBF at all times. It wasn't very "welcoming" The overall quality of the food was high end. We got French toast, bacon, eggs, toast, fruit cups and pancakes. They ran out of cups and we were served foam cups, not that big of a deal for us, it was a little easier for the kids anyway. It was a little bit of a longer wait than I anticipated to get our food, as it was not very busy at all! Plenty of open seats. However, waiting for the food I noticed the AC was not working or they didn't want to put it low because my husband and I were literally SWEATING when we walked out. I couldn't even eat my food. I took one bite and had to box the rest up to take home. (This is just a me thing, but if I am to hot I cannot eat HOT food. ) Now for the PRICE...... ABSOLUTELY ABSURD!!!!!! It was $5 for a cup of orange juice...(and as always NO free refills). My teenage son ending up getting a second glass of OJ. So $10 was SOLEY HIS drinks. It was $8 for a cup of fruit for my 5 year old daughter. $8 dollars for a CUP of FRUIT! for a 5 year old!!! We walked out spending $120 including a $16 dollar tip. The food alone was $103. FOR BREAKFAST?????? Unfortunately, we won't be back due to the price ALONE. But I truly hope that my review gives you some insight on what to expect if you would like to try it out one day. š Thanks...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHello and good morning!!! Our experience at this restaurant is unmatched! From the moment I called Jasmine on the phone to wait a table for us, being greeted at walk in, to being seated, served, and greeted good bye! Jasmine was kind enough to reserve a family table for my family and i on my husbandās birthday! While it isnāt required to reserve a table, she did this out of the kindness of her heart. Joshuaās is the manager, and his kind tone and bright smile made me feel so comfortable! He made sure we were comfortable and that things flowed smoothly for us. And now, the star of the showā¦. Wanda! Wandaās loving, nurturing, motherly spirit topped the cake for me! From her knowledge of the menu, to her spunky words making us laugh and feel like family! Our drinks came at the same time. And so did our food order! Thatās rare! All hot and served correctly to each of us! I was so delighted to have her presence near me. From the āoh thatās not enough butterā joke, to her ādamn daddy!ā When she found out we have 4 kids. Iām so delighted to have had the pleasure of eating breakfast with such a wonderful team! Wanda also grabbed Joshua and Jasmine and brought them to the table just to get their proper āthank youāsā. We will return to this restaurant! And may you all be blessed triple fold! My order: blueberry stuffed French toast, turkey sausage and home fries Hubby: grits, blueberry pancakes, bacon and eggs over medium Child 1: powdered Belgium waffle, turkey bacon, scrambled eggs Child 2: buttermilk pancake,...
