Most recent update 12/10 : I went for the third time this week thinking I would enjoy the food this time, and that maybe if I ordered their specialties like waffles I would be impressed . That was not the case and actually was a big mistake , if anything my review has now gone from a 3 to a 2 star. I ordered the Florida waffle with turkey bacon and I kid you not , the waffle tasted like Kellogg’s eggo waffles. It was so dry and just a mess (came apart) , I had to drench it in whip cream just to eat it because even drenching it in syrup didn’t make it taste good . Also, the turkey bacon tasted like when I put Oscar Mayer turkey bacon and wrap it in moist towel paper and throw it in the microwave .

I was so unimpressed and underwhelmed, the food is completely subpar and wouldn’t dare to come back and spend any more money in this establishment. It is literally packed every time I go, but I realized I also notice many people leave their plates almost full dissatisfied with their experience. I think currently their is just a lot of hype on the restaurant , but soon people will notice. I’m not sure if maybe they don’t have enough staff to be able to handle so much orders and maybe that’s why they always forget special food requests and serve poor tasting food, idk just never again. Hopefully they can improve on their menu items and the servers they hire to provide good customer service.

Last two times review : Mhmmm I’m not sure if I’m not ordering the right items but I’m just not impressed . I made sure to go two times to give them a fair chance before leaving a review. Both times I went I asked for accommodations and didn’t receive them. Last time I asked for medium easy eggs and was served scrambled . Also first time I came potatoes were delicious,yet last time it needed more seasoning and they weren’t tender enough. The bread for the egg benedict were also slightly burned.

Anyways, nothing is really special about the place and no reason I would pick this place over other breakfast spots tbh . Customer service is good and many menu options, also menu prices are reasonable . Maybe I need to come back and try the popular items like waffles and see how that goes , although I believe all food items on the menu should be consistent in customer satisfaction, especially if it’s basic...

Came here on Father's Day and this was by far the worst experience. We arrived about 1230, it took about 15 mins to get seated which was fine. However, after that it was just bad. We placed our drink order and that was fine, got the drinks quickly. Then we placed our food order just before 1 o'clock. About 30 mins later the waiter said the kitchen was running behind. We asked how much longer, he said he would go check and came back with some of the food. I don't know if it was the kitchen or the wait staff that was the issue. I say this because the first orders that came out was the kids food which one order was the banana and Nutella stuffed French toast. When it came the the table it was cold and hard like it had been sitting in the window for about 15 mins or so. I ordered the scrambled bowl with peppers, spinach and tomatoes. It came out with onions on it. The waiter said it was a mistake and asked if I would be ok with it. I do not care for onions, we had already been waiting 30 mins, and didn't want to just settle for something I didn't order. I told the waiter that would not be ok and to just take it back and remove it off the bill. I didn't order anything else due to the time it had already taken. Then my boyfriend's food came out and he ordered cheesy grits and again it was cold and the cheese had hardened, again making me believe it had been sitting in the window for a while. We tried to put some butter and mix it up but it was just cold and pasty at that point. Very disappointed at how much the food and service has gone down as this used to be a place we enjoyed coming too. Then to see a bill for $70 for 3 breakfast meals was insane. This is just a normal little breakfast place, eggs pancakes, grits, nothing fancy. I understand inflation has been hitting everyone, but again a year ago we came here and it was closer to $50 for 4 meals, which wouldn't be so bad. However the prices here are way off balance for the service and food quality. Then as I went to use the restroom Im looking at jelly packets and empty straw wrappers on the floor where the wait staff gets the supplies. I don't see us returning...

If you go when not super busy you have little to zero wait. Now I am going to be honest here I love Keke's but this was a very unusual visit for us. We ordered food and apparently an error happened so server kindly explained that it would take another 10 mins. Okay, we said no worries, we are patient. When we sat we ordered one coffee and two waters but she brought 2 coffees by accident. So I said she could leave 2nd if she wanted since they will dump it anyways. After 15 mins of explaining error food came. One meal was eggs benedict florentine. Eggs were poached but solid and no run and home fries were all raw uncooked. So we sent it back no point in eating raw potatoes. The kitchen manager remade it and server brought check said manager gave us a discount. We said thank you but hadn't looked at it. It was military discount for $4.15. The first two charges was 2 coffees for $3.49 each of which we only ordered one so basically they gave us 2nd coffee off. So meal took an hour to be cooked not raw or overdone and they give you 4 off for your time of waiting. Way it was explained first round of meals went out to another table by another worker. Bill was $40.47 for two meals and two drinks. Now I am not a Karen I didn't yell or get loud asked to speak to manager and explained to her what transpired she said it wasn't explained to her that way and we probably shouldn't pay for the one meal since it took 3 times. I explained to server she did nothing wrong well the coffee thing was wrong if table didn't order it you don't charge them for it anyways. But this place is always good and food is always fresh and warm and normally we say nothing about food we just don't return. But this place is good and I recommend at non busier times to go and have some breakfast! Pictures actually show potatoes were raw this was 2nd one that actually reached table.
