KFC — Restaurant in Florida

I went down the buffet line and it was a mess with spilled food and the food that was there was not inviting, to say the least. I next requested some original recipe drumsticks because there were only thighs in the buffet line. There was no grilled or baked chicken at all, only original thighs. I waited a good 10 minutes for the drumsticks to arrive and all my food was cold when I gave up waiting and found a place to sit. I kept a lookout for the drumsticks to arrive and when they finally did the girl did not even offer to bring me any of them, which meant I had to get up and go to the end of a long line line of customers ahead of me.

I expected all the drumsticks to be gone when I finally reached their container, but luckily there were two scraggly ones left. I returned to my table finally and by now my meal was very cold.

My next fiasco was when I went up for seconds. I walked up to the counter and the sales girl just stared at me. She never asked if she could be of help or provide me with another plate. I reluctantly asked for a plate in order to avoid just standing waiting for the mountain to come to me.

I finished the plate and took my saucer up for peach cobbler. There was only very sticky juice and a couple of peach slices, and NO CRUST whatsoever, which is my favorite item in a cobbler.

I then tried to eat what was left for cobbler and finally left because it was inedible.

All in all, my experience at the Navarre KFC was a waste of my money and time. I will never go there again for the buffet or...

My husband and I stop here for our kfc fix as it is our local KFC restaurant. Lately they have been out of stuff (food) pretty often. Today after ordering the saucy nuggets we find out they were out of both sauces so we got unsauced nuggets. We were able to get some sauces on the side after asking for them. My husband wanted to speak to the manager as this keeps happening to us at this location (food being out but we are not told until after we have already paid and then have to sub in something different). The manager however was hiding in the back cooking area peaking out at him at the counter and refused to come out. My husband is a general manager himself in a similar industry and so he is not belligerent, rude, or otherwise difficult to deal with as he knows that's not how anything is accomplished. He just wanted the manager to hear him out about how many issues we have had lately to see what is going on. But the manager instead chose to hide behind his teen employees and let them clean up his mess. Shameful. The teens were trying their best that is why I give 2 stars. Maybe one of them can be promoted to manager, I am sure they will do a better job than Mr....

My goddaughter is visiting from North Georgia. She placed an order through door dash for KFC. Door-dash texted her and told her they left it at the door. Never was found. I live in a gated community, so is not a normal activity. I finally was able to contact the Door-dash delivery person, Adelaide or something similar) and she said she delivered it. I told her she did not deliver to the correct apartment. Only missed it by about 155 numbers. I contacted KFC and spoke with a female manage (didn't catch her name) but she said that KFC does not keep records of anything Door-dash does, no record of order, no record of pick-up, no receipt, nothing. We will file fraudulent charges against whoever the charge shows up on. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE MOST RIDICULOUS THING I HAVE EVER HEARD OF!!!! I asked the manager, you mean any one can walk in and say they are from Door-dash and you let them have the order? Her answer was YES! I will be contacting KFC Headquarters and Door-dash Headquarters as well.. DO NOT USE THIS KFC if they don't keep records.. Who knows your order could be the...
