The price on the signs when you order is not the price they charge when you get to the window. When mentioning it, I was told that there was no mistake in the price and was charged the higher of the 2.

12/15/2021....ADDITIONAL REVIEW I must say I have never been treated the way I was before today. The "RUDENESS and UNWARRANTED MEAN COMMENTS" from the cashier. Not to mention again, they do not know how to do their job properly. I can say after today, I will never ever go back to the location at 2529 Okeechobee Blvd., West Palm Beach, Florida (store# 6272.). Not even sure if I will ever go back to a Checkers ever again. I dont know why this location doesn't know how to do their job properly at the register. I showed the cashier in drive thru my bar code that says "SCAN TO EARN" and after scanning he says that I didn't purchase what the coupon was for. I told him it was not for a coupon on food that it was just to earn points. He told me know that I gave him a coupon for a large fry and I didn't order that. I try to explain what it was for and if it wasn't working that I could give him my phone number. He raised his voice a little and told me that would not work either. I showed him on my phone where I hit and what it showed and he told me know that I tried to give him a coupon that I didn't purchase. He began to argue with me and told me he felt sorry for people like me and I had anger issues. I told him to give me my card, food, and drink so I could leave. On 5-29-22 I went to try the "Bacon brewhouse mother cruncher". I arrived at the drive through and noticed the person infront of me make a large order. After they pulled up I waited 10 minutes before I left. I don't mind waiting if I'm told there's gonna be a wait time. Instead I was ignored and I know this because the drive through attendant kept making eye contact with me. They asked me for my order with no apology so I drove away.

On 5-29-22 I was I'm the area and still wanted to try the new sandwich and dipping sauce. So I re-attempted my. The cashier tried to tell me they didn't have the sandwich just to have to correct themselves. Also because they kept talking over me they did not ring up the new dipping sauce.

Now on 5-31-22 I tried to get the new beer cheese dipping. I went to the drive through and ordered a large fry, a 6 piece mozzarella sticks and the new dipping sauce. The cashier had no idea what I was talking about. They went to get some help, after they asked me " did you mean the blue cheese dipping" I clarified that I was referring to the beer cheese sauce dipping. After waiting 6 minutes I was handed my bag. I drove home to discover that none of the contents of the bag were correct.

It's clear that none of the owner/s are doing quality and consistency checks on their staff. There's no need for customers to receive bad service 3...

I wish I could give zero stars. This was THE WORST fast food experience I have ever had.

The order speaker is completely automated so you don't get to talk to a real person. When you get to the window someone will confirm your order but somehow still mess it up. We got to the window and paid then they told us to pull up to the other side because they needed to cook the chicken for our sandwiches.

We waited a good 30 minutes from the time we paid until the time our food came out. We pulled off to check our order and we were missing a burger. We pull back to the same window we were just at to get our missing burger and have to tell 3 different people why we were back. It took another 15 minutes for them to remake this burger! I've read the other reviews and I will most definitely be contacting corporate. None of the employees knew what was going on and from what I could see the other window was having problems too.

The remade burger had chunks missing out of the bun and the other burger was made so sloppy that the sauce dripped everywhere.

The time it took to get my food at a "fast food" restaurant was absolutely ridiculous. I do not recommend wasting your time eating here, it's more trouble...
