The "5 stars" is for employee Ashley in the print shop not necessarily Office Depot. Ashley went above and beyond to fix a situation that she was not originally involved with and was very professional in doing so. We went to the Office Depot on Okeechobee Blvd in West Palm Beach and placed a print order in person on a Saturday for an event being held the following Saturday. We made it very clear that we needed the items by Friday at the latest but would have liked them earlier. We were shown what materials they had in store that would be used in order to get the order on time. We called to check on the order on Wednesday are were advised that the order would be shipping via UPS from a different facility. We were not happy to hear this because we understood that the items were being printed in store. Called again on Thursday and were advised that the order had not shipped yet. Had to speak to a manager and after a lengthy phone call was told that the order was being overnight-ed and would be in store Friday. Called several times Friday and stopped in around noon and was told 2 different stories. First was the order had been cancelled and 2nd that 2 of the orders shipped. At 6pm nothing had been delivered so went back to the store and luckily Ashley was still there but close to leaving. Ashley listened to what happened and sprung into action and was able to print all of the items that we needed for a Bridal Shower the next morning at 9am. She managed to download, print and cut everything in about 40 mins (and stayed over her shift to do so). So if Ashley could do this in 40 mins with the supplies available then why did they send our order out to a facility that would need to ship it back to us especially knowing the time frame. We would have gone elsewhere if they could not have completed the order in time. So thank you very much Ashley! Office Depot is lucky to have you and you deserve recognition and a raise! I am writing to formally address a series of concerning incidents that occurred at the Office Depot located at 2627 Okeechobee Boulevard, involving harassment and the creation of a hostile environment by an employee at this location.
Despite making multiple complaints regarding this behavior, my concerns have not been adequately addressed, and it appears that efforts have been made to suppress my previous review of these incidents, including potential removal or suppression by Google. This raises serious questions about transparency and accountability, not just at the store level but also within Office Depot’s corporate structure.
I hold your company to the high standards of service and respect that you claim to provide, and my experience has fallen far short of this. The harassment I experienced created an environment that was not only unwelcoming but also legally questionable in terms of liability and customer rights.
I would like for someone from your corporate office to contact me immediately to address this matter and provide clear instructions for filing a formal complaint. Furthermore, I request an explanation of why my previous review has been removed or made inaccessible.
As a paying customer, I expect Office Depot, as well as its parent company, to uphold the principles of accountability and ethical business practices. Failing to do so leaves me no choice but to explore legal options to ensure that such issues are properly addressed and prevented in the future.
