Leoni's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Florida

Leonis has become the last resort place for pizza. Tonight drew the line. Delivery driver was rude waving his arms like it was no big deal I was charged $35 for a two liter that was supposed to be five single sodas, lied to me and said they had no more singles. I called restaurant for a refund, she asked if I wanted the driver to bring me back the sodas. So I asked which is it are you out of them or not, and of course they wasn’t. Driver looked like he just climbed off a surfboard, which could be ok if he acted more professionally. After all he’s the one who represents this place of business. Last time my order was messed up as well, and the time before that they claimed after an hour and a half waiting my order was on its way, which again after 40 minutes still wasn’t here. I’ve given leonis multiple chances, so please don’t reply with you hope I give you another chance. This will not happen again unless it’s FREE food, then who could...

We received a menu in the mail and thought wow this looks great, they deliver and we can fax our order so no details are misinterpreted! We faxed our order and received a call saying we weren't in range of delivery, that they only have ONE driver and the range is 10 min. We are only 9 min away! So i told the very rude girl on the phone that they need to specify on their website and menus that they only deliver to certain areas. She said well maybe if you had called instead of faxing your order we would've been able to tell you we don't deliver to your address. It wasn't the message, it was the tone! And then her coworker had the nerve to say she said nothing wrong and justify her response when she told me "well if its only 9 mon away why dont you come pick it up". There is a certain way to talk to a customer, especially when they are placing such a large order and putting money in your pocket. We will be taking our money...

Awful pizza. Sorry, but it was just horrible. It tastes like the same they used to serve from the school cafeteria.

It was also very questionable for how fresh it actually was. I ordered it ahead for other employees to be delivered at 2:00. I checked their online tracker and it said the order was ready at 12:48. I called at 1:30 when i saw this as i did not want old food and they claimed it was just coming out of the oven, but from what the tracker showed and how it tasted it obviously was just being reheated or "refreshed". How terrible the pizza was became the running joke for everyone eating it. I could not even give it away!

More specifically it is the taste of their crust/sauce/cheese - i know, basically the pizza! The wings, however, were good and it was delivered on time although apparently not fresh so i gave them 2 stars. Honestly, i am holding back. 7 employees and the pizza...
