Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

This little Caesars is staffed with some of the more work and customer service dullards I have ever had the displeasure of waiting my time at. Almost an hour waiting for a pizza that never came. First, the lady taking orders did not speak a word of English. She called to the back, and a guy that spoke English and took my order. He told me 10 minutes. The other items I ordered were ready. They asked if I wanted to keep them warm in the warmer until my pizza was ready . Waited in my car out front . 10 minutes went by . At 15 minutes, I went inside and asked the lady in the picture told me to wait a minute, my order is coming. After 10 more minutes I asked again . She told me again that they are working on my order . All while filling the pizza warmers with other pies . And filling the other with pies as I waited The third tike I asked about my order now more than 30 minutes in It still wasn't ready . I stepped back out and told my fiancé again the pizza wasn't ready . Close 1 hour waiting . My fiancé asked for a refund as we have been waiting to long for lousy service . The lady in the picture said to her that to get a refund we would have to come back in the morning. My fiancé asked to see an assistant manager since we knew the screaming lady in front could, in no reality manage anything. The assistant who's name is Dalmia came from the back and proceeded to refund our money . An hour of my life wasted and they had some excuse about confusing with pepperoni on the pizza . It's Lent and Friday. We don't eat meat . Lost service and incompetent front help makes this a terrible place to order anything you want to...

This place is horrible the service was the worse I have ever seen. The two ladies were chatting for over 7 minutes and there was two customers waiting to be taken care of. When I saw that they didn’t tell us sorry we’re delayed or I will be with you shortly. I finally asked the gentleman I front of me if he had been taken care of he said no and I have been waiting for over 10 minutes. I finally told her will you be long and her answer was can you please take care if the customer and she said sorry but I just punished out her name is Lazara Garcia Rodriguez. She said there is no reason for you to be upset and that made me even more upset. The other lady all she said I thought everyone was taken care of and I said if you don’t ask. Whoever gave this location a good review must be related to this management or owners. I just bought an all topping pizza & stuffed crust . Paid $13.99 plus some chicken wings . Paid over $20 to get the worst Pizza ever. When I got hm I Ate two slices & could not continue. Cheeze was non existent.. The little Cheeze in the Pizza & in the crust was like cream cheeze. Definitely not mozzarella. Who knows what kind of Cheeze these people usedd? The chicken wings were tasteless & so small for all I know this could have been frog legs . I have never seen chicken drums that small . What a rip off and wasted time & money . It was so bad even gave me a free meal I would not take it . I have often eaten little Caesars in the past & it’s never been this bad . Shameful!! Corporate should shut this...
