I was traveling on a roadtrip and decided to stop at this location for the Long John Silvers. It was 9:30pm. They close at 10pm according to their website and door. I went through the drive through and the lady that answered the intercom greeted us by asking "What-chew want?" My husband replied with L7. She said "Long John Silvers closes at 9pm." He replied with "ok, have a good night" because we didnt want KFC. We drove across the street to Wendy's. As we pulled out of Wendy's I asked my hubby to go back to KFC to order me a small mashed potato with gravy. Because I didnt order anything at Wensys due to allergens. We pulled back into the drive through and this time, she greeted us with "Thank you for coming to KFC/Long John Silvers, what can I get for you?" Now, why advertise a part of your business that is closed for the evening? He asked for "a small mashed potato with gravy". She asked "what size?" He replied with "small" she asked "do you want gravy?" He replied with "yes" We pull up to the window and she takes the cash and gives us back the change and my order. Awesome, I can finally eat! I pull the container out of the bag and there was gravy on top of the lid and the food was cold. I get that we went at 9:30pm but they didnt close for 30 minutes according to their website and they were messy and cold. 10 out of 10,I recommend avoiding this store! Ill find something else to eat on my way home. 5 hours away. I didnt order chicken because Im allergic. Most restaurants cook other foods in the same oil. Its anaphylaxic for me so not worth the risk. My allergy isnt their problem, just explaining why I only ordered...

Workers in the building and my husband was buying a two piece fish meal with hushpuppies, and they kept the doors locked.
I had a mask on and was waiting a long time for my husband to come out, so I went to the locked door and they would not let me in to use the restroom.
I am disabled and bad back and walked across the parking lot as it was because we had a trailer and could not use the drive thru.
I told her I was disabled and my husband was buying food and they still would not let me use the rest room. They said there were no people buying food. I have a receipt to prove it. Told her I am reporting them for discriminating against the disabled and I plan to.
Will never purchase anything from them again!
Never had this issue at any other LJS we eat at.
Its like they were lazy and didn't want to have to clean up after people. But yet they want $15 an hour to discriminate against their own customers.
This used to be a really nice location to stop at. Not anymore, will go way out of my way to...
Read moreWe showed up at 8pm, thinking we could go inside & get out of the car to eat, but the inside was all closed down. The sign on the door clearly stated that they closed at 10pm, so it was very aggravating that we drove 40 minutes, to a place to eat, that our kids chose & they were just closed down, no information online, notice to the public, sign, or anything, so we had to sit in our car, in the parking lot, to eat, use the restroom across the street & then drive back. 😒 Very unprofessional. At least the boy at the register, that took our order was extremely good. We had a very large order, as there is 6 of us. Normally, everyone always messes our order up, or leaves food out, but this young man did not. He listened thoroughly, repeated everything, asked questions throughout our whole order & was very polite & well manored. We haven't seen that kind of service in fast food, in a very long time. The food was good, okay, what you'd expect for decent fast food. All in all, a 6/10 for a...
