The only reason I would give them a 1 is because the pizza at the buffet was actually pretty good but from working in the food industry for quite some time now, I've learned that the number one rule is to take care of customers. The second is the appearance of the food/dining room. Its my first time eating here so I don't know if I caught them on a bad day but from the moment I walked in I was highly disappointed. There were 2 tables occupied but no other table clean. Lids to the cups were empty and I had to ask them to stalk them. The restaraunt had the smell of a sour dish rag, the drink machine was sticky and disgusting and when I asked where the marinara sauce was, the female cashier was rude. My son also said that she rolled her eyes when her if they could fill the desert tray...whatever it was. We stayed a good 30 minutes and no team member came in the dining room a single time to wipe tables, check on guests or clean. To me, this is unacceptable. Won't be going back. I never leave bad reviews because I know how stressful it is to work in the food industry and I give people the benefit of the doubt when I see them busting ass but the lack of work ethic...

Read moreThe hours are wrong on Google and the website. No matter when I call SOMETHING is always going on. They don’t answer the phones, they refuse to take orders, their computers are down, it’s always something. Hours say they close at 11/12 they actually close at 10pm and 11pm on Friday Saturday only. I’ve been in the store multiple times where the phone is constantly ringing and staff refuses to answer the phone. In the past few weeks when I try to order 20-30 mins before close I’m not getting out right denied but told “my computer hasn’t been taking order for 30 mins.” It’s crazy the amount of money I’m sure is being turned away due to the hate the employees have for their job. I’m sure if you had people who actually cared they wouldn’t be rude to guest, would answer the phone, and would take orders, and post the right time for hours. No way to contact upper management to rectify any of the situations because I’m sure it’s the manager of the place who hates their job and refuses customers. Absolutely insane.
