We ordered a pizza from here last night and it was delicious, no complaints on the pizza at all. However we received Expired Ranch packets with our pizza. When I called to politely inform the Manager about it, I started by complimenting how great the pizza was and that it wasn't the issue. I started to tell him about the ranch and how it made us sick (I didn't think to check the date when we received it because I usually trust it's going to be fresh, won't make that mistake again). He got argumentative that it's still good past the date and I tried to tell him not if it had Milk or eggs and he declared rudely that they don't have milk or eggs in their ranch. As you can clearly see in the picture provided here, on the ingredients, it does and I asked him to go look at one and check. He got nasty with me and told me to go to the hospital then if it's that bad but there was "no way the ranch made you sick". Which is bs considering my children and I were fine before dinner and woke up in the middle of the night vomiting. He hung up on me and when I tried to call back he yelled again and hung up again. I'm not a Karen, I was just trying to be considerate and inform them so nobody else got sick but clearly the management there couldn't care less. Most likely going to file a Health Department Complaint and leave it at that. So anyways, here is a heads up to anyone else so you don't get sick too, please check the dates on your sauces that come with your food, don't just trust that it should be...
Read moreI'm echoing the recent complaints below. I have been ordering from this location since they started, but the customer service has gone downhill fast recently. I have had several situations recently that were very poor service and I am going to go elsewhere. Sad, because I really like the pizza. I always order online. Most recently, they said they never got my order, a previous time they called me after about 25 minutes to say they didn't have any drivers, The last pizza that arrived at my door, was incorrectly made. I spoke to someone today after after waiting an hour and fifteen minutes for my pizza to arrive. It never did arrive. The person was nice but had no solution and responded strangely with a laugh. They just said that they had arrived at work a half an hour ago and it was the web site's fault. He didn't even offer to expedite a new order to me. Really poor service. That was enough for me. If they are so busy they don't need loyal clients anymore, then I wish them the best but I don't want to be a loyal client anymore. Usually they were always on time and made right every time and very nice. One time in the past they were ten minutes late and the manager called me to say sorry and offered me a free pizza. UPON ARRIAL, I WAS TOLD I HAD TO WAIT AS THE EMPLOYEE (WHO WAS THERE BY HIMSELF AND COMPLAINING) SAID THAT MY ORDER WAS BEING MADE. SUDDENLY, TWO MORE PEOPLE SHOW UP, ANOTHER EMPLOYEE AND THE OWNER’S WIFE. THINGS SEEMED TO BE MOVING ALONG. THE SECOND EMPLOYEE ASKED MY NAME SINCE I’D BEEN WAITING AND NOTHING MORE WAS SAID. AFTER WAITING APPROXIMATELY AN HOUR, I WAS AGAIN ASKED MY NAME BY THE SECOND EMPLOYEE, WHO PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THERE WAS NO ORDER FOR ME. THE FIRST EMPLOYEE WAS JUST THEN DECIDING TO MAKE IT. I ASKED HIM IF HE WAS MAKING MY PIZZA NOW. HE WOULD NOT ANSWER AND REFUSED TO LOOK AT ME. I WAS ANNOYED AND STARTED YELLING, STATING I HAD BEEN WAITING AND THIS WAS ACKNOWLEDGED TO NO AVAIL. I ASKED THE LADY (AKA THE OWNER’S WIFE ) WHO JUST LOOKED AT ME LIKE A DEER IN THE HEADLIGHTS WITH NO ANSWER. I STATED THEY SCREWED UP MY LAST ORDER AND I HAD TO COME BACK TO FIX IT. NOW THEY DIDN’T EVEN MAKE IT. I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, EMPLOYEE COMPLAINING IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS, NO MANAGEMENT CONTROL OR ANY ACT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS ALL COULD HAVE BEEN RECTIFIED HAD THE OWNER TAKEN RESPONSIBILITY, APOLOGIZEDFOR THE SITUATION, AND SAID THEY’D MAKE THE PIZZA AT NO COST SINCE IT WAS THEIR ERROR.
