Can we please get some adults in this place?

I have already written a tell Marcos form. No one has contacted me. The last 3 orders that I have placed were more than 15 minutes late for pick up.

The last time I was shorted my pizza bowl and didn't get a refund. I got there 10 minutes after the scheduled pick up time, I was told it would be 5 more minutes, I ran to Walgreens and came back and was told that it would be another 5 minutes. I refused at this point and pointed out that it was over 20 minutes past the scheduled pick up time from the app. I was told to wait while they got my order together, I waited, got my 4 pizzas, my bread sticks and they shorted me my pizza bowl. I was so ticked off by this point I didn't realize about the pizza bowl until I got home. I completed the tell marcos review and nothing, zero, zip, nada.

My usual favorite pizza place for my favorite Hawaiian Pizza. This Weds afternoon I ordered a small Hawaiian Pizza. The box wasn't correctly put together ... all 4 corners NOT closed ... pizza almost slid out in parking lot. Got it home and it basically had no pizza sauce. I was tired after long morning work so I ate 1/2 of it. Basically tasted like a dried up ham & cheese sandwich. I put the 2nd half in fridge, planning to at least rescue the pineapple for use in a smoothie. But it looked like a pale corpse of something. So gross looking. Had to quickly chuck whole thing. Obviously staff that day had no clue how to make that pizza and not even how to properly construct the box. Sad. Won't...

Wanted to try this pizza joint out so I ordered a pizza over the phone and told the employee I would pick it up. Drove a very long way, about 25 minutes, from the phone call to pick up was about 30 minutes total. Walked in, told the employee my name and he said someone else already picked up my pizza and that it would be another 10 minutes or so to make another pizza for me. I asked where is the pizza for the person who picked up my pizza and he said he didn't know. A lot of shady replies, situation didn't make any sense. I said forget it and walked out. Tried the place out, they're noob retards, never going back. Wound up over at Maddio's...
