Where to begin? Was the hour waiting with absolutely no service the worst part, no, it was probably the manager complaint about the noise that the poor twins (roughly 2 years old) leave crying because they also weren’t even acknowledged. We watched several pre-teens also be denied services after they paid for their items. We asked for the corporate number, and the manager, who approached with a tremendous attitude acted like he was in the right for making people suffer like that. He started to get an attitude with one in my party and when I gave it back to him, he threatened to put a 12 year old in jail. All because HE couldn’t handle his job. I have nearly 2 decades of experience with fast food management. I would have lost my job many times playing games like he does. Don’t bother calling the owners, they just try to push more product. They don’t care, rude, full of attitude, and blame you (the customer), when they mess it up. The owner has until end of day Tuesday (48 hours during the work week) before I follow proper procedures outlines by the company they represent. After that, I will use my own McDonalds management training to implement a complaint against the franchise. The things I saw today are never acceptable and I’m sure, somebody up the chain would agree. Read moreFood was okay. It was correct temps but the order was off a bit. Asked for two quarter pound burgers with cheese. One with no onions and pickles. Order came, neither had pickles and there was excessive mustard on both. Nothing major but my son hates pickles and vinagar and i love them...just disappointing. He thought they had just taken the pickles off a pre-made burger but i think it was the vinagar in the mustard which was all i tasted on mine. Again, it wasnt the end of the world. The food was hot and fresh. The small shamrock shake was delicious. Fries were hot and fresh. I didnt experience any 'oh sorry, we are out of that' which is huge for me. Employees were friendly and spoke clear at the drive thru. I didnt have to repeat anything. Another peeve of mine and I was impressed here. I will repeat business since this is right in the cinema plaza that i go to late night. There isnt much else open and it was great to have food before going into movie. Side note, i dont know what the hours are here. It wasnt busy at all. Just feel like a couple more seconds to get order exact could have happened here

The McDonald's app is a great tool for getting amazing deals when you can get it to work. There are times when it won't load which is super frustrating. Also if you mess up and accept a deal code or if they don't have what the deal code is for (icecream for example) you will have to wait 15 minutes before using a different or another code. The app also has a reward program which you can earn free food just for spending money at McDonald's. Where I see it fails is you can only use 1 reward per visit. Am I wrong... I earned the points and should be able to get as many rewards as I want within my points limit. And if you use reward points to get for instance a Frap and their machine isn't working you will loose those points even if you can't redeem the code.
