Been coning here for 1 year and 8 months and today was my last day here. Went through the Drive Thru ordered 2 kids meals one with a milk shake and burger combo. Drove off 4 minutes down the road and my daughter said ewwww..found a hair in the milk shake and hair in a fry. I checked the milkshake, and saw the fry and INDEED a hair was in the whipped cream. I already was in another fast food line ( pollo tropical), told her to stop drinking and we would return it to McDonald's. She goes in first and asks to speak to the Manager while I take my baby out, and I walk up to her where the male Manager on Duty today ( May 23,2017 at 4: 30 ish) said there is no way that this hair could be from the restaurant, as no one has hair like this ( he really meant to say Black hair/ African American hair) in the restaurant. I wanted a refund , for the milkshake and the fries, for which he continued to tell me that he could only exchange the milkshake and fries, but not give us our money back. MIND YOU I just purchased $18.28 worth of food from them. I explained clearly that I did not want the milkshake and fries, the manager PERSISTED to tell me he could not give me my money back. I started speaking louder as I could not believe this manager's behaviour ,who continued to tell me no one in the restaurant had that type of HAIR. I did not care if the hair was curly , straight, long or short, we found a hair in the milk shake . The manager eventually gave me back my money, and now I am giving my review. The Manager here clearly has issues with other nationalities' hair, and was not helpful in resolving this issue without almost causing a scene. MCDONALDS JUST LOST A CUSTOMER THAT SPENDS $28 A WEEK. MAY NOT SEEM MUCH TO THEM, BUT SHAME ON THEM FOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE...
Read moreThey handed my food out to the car in front of me. I realized it when they started handing back all the food and a much smaller order was given to them. Considering the current situation with Covid-19, I politely asked if they could give me a fresh order since the couple in front probably opened our food and made contact with the food bare handed. The girl was adamant that it was not the same bag. I ask if she's sure and she straight up lies. Unfortunately for her, I noticed she had put in 4 straws in my bag for a meal with only two sodas. This was because she had stuck in 2 straws already the first time she handed it to the wrong people. In the end she relented and took the food to the back with her. They told me to pull up cause I was watching them re-make it. Waited for a while then went in cause they must've forgotten about me. I thank them for remaking it in the end but they need to be more conscious on how they handle food. I worked food Industry 7 years and when this happened, we always had to discard and remake the order for safety reasons. Covid-19 isn't gone yet, keep us safe so we can keep...
Read moreWell, after visiting several Mc Donald's around different countries, I was a little disappointed about this which was the first Mc Donald's I visited in the United States this occasion. The food was good, nothing to say about it. But the prices were barely double than two years ago.
A Cheese burger came from $0.65 to $1.70, the Mc Chicken came from $1.1 to $2.1 and it continues with any other products.
The beverage offer does not provide sugar free alternatives like any other Mc Donald's around the world, there's no Zero Coke nor any other soda of this kind.
The box supposed to have pastries and sweets was empty. The machines employed to request food are supposed to have table numbers, and the the numbers were missing.
I mean, it continues to offer nice meals, but the quality of the store was way too low in comparison with cheaper Mc Donalds placed in Paris for example, which is supposedly a very expensive city. I don't want to brag about anything, I just whish McDonald's offer better in this country of us which is the...
