This photo of a Five Start ring as a buyer was my worst experience and I have been for years and my family has also bought gold garments in other jewelry stores, it is not good, I explain the seller gives you a meter to make an arrangement to the ring supposedly she tries to help you, she says lowering the price and never tells you until you pay that the arrangement of bringing the ring to your size is going to cost money part of what you already paid for the garment gives you a meter to find your size and order to make the arrangement and when you go to pick up the ring and pay the ring did not work the measure the measure takes it wrong she sends you to pay 25 dollars above to fix the ring again since it was her fault she did not realize that The model of the ring was wide that gives you a size to try on a measure that is narrower, it tells you it is fixed at the moment but it costs more money you wait for time and to finish completing everything I arrive at my house I put on the ring and s I only did wash my hands with it and one of the stones fell off my worst experience as a customer that was my first time shopping in that jewelry store, I leave you the photos of the ring of just one setting without a stone aside for me I only give one star lousy experience money and lost time I do not recommend it to...

I recently visited Five Star Jewelers with the intent to sell a gold bracelet along with several broken gold pieces. I was offered $500, which I found to be well below what I considered fair market value based on the weight and quality of the gold.
I also inquired about a clasp repair on a chain and was quoted $150 — a price that seemed excessive for a standard repair. Concerned about both offers, I chose to seek a second opinion.
I subsequently visited Gold and Carat Exchange at London Square, where I received $1,500 for the exact same gold items and was charged only $60 for the clasp repair. The contrast in both valuation and customer service was significant.
This experience was disappointing, particularly given that I have previously purchased jewelry and entrusted repairs to Five Star Jewelers in the past. Regrettably, this recent interaction raised concerns regarding the fairness and transparency of their pricing.
As a result, I will no longer be doing business with Five Star Jewelers. I highly recommend Gold and Carat Exchange for their professionalism, integrity, and customer-focused service. They provided a respectful, honest experience that truly reflected the value...
