I placed an order on the app and I tried to pick my order in the lobby, but it was closed.Theres no way to change how to pick it up in the app as the order has gone through. I tried calling twice and the phone doesnât even ring. In total, I spent around an hour and 15 minutes in the drive thru. I get to the speaker and they canât find my order. Itâs fine, Iâve had it happen before. I tell them my name and what I ordered. I get to the first window and they ask about my order, itâs the wrong one and I reiterate that I had a movie order and all that. The lady working tell me itâs up front. I get to the second window and I get asked the same order at the second window and I have to once again reiterate that I have a mobile order. The lady there asked to see my receipt because she doesnât see my order on the screen. No worries, I show it to her. I get handed my drink. The lady from the first window comes up and asks to see my order again and I once again show my receipt on my phone. Whatever thats fine. Theres a lot of back and forth. Someone comes to the window and tells me they havent received any mobile orders and essentially argues the validity of my order.i explain the part where I tried to pick up my order from the lobby and calling them.I went through the whole process of giving them the address, they go check with someone. I give them the phone number because âtheir phones have been on the whole time and no one has calledâ.Theres a couple of times during this whole thing where they said they didnât have my mobile order and just stared and me and I had to ask what they meant/ what do we need to do about it. Did they want me the leave? Whatâs the solution? I realize itâs a business and they canât give food away. I honestly would have been fine if they had taken my order info and had me pay again and made it so we could sort it out later. I just wanted a solution and they offered none. It was apparent they thought I was trying to steal from the store. I was probably sitting at the pick-up window for 10 minutes. The car behind me honked at me. To top it off the food is Barely warm.I ended up throwing the fries away. I thought ordering on the app was supposed to make it easier and I got more inconvenience than I thought was possible. I understand having a rough day and I try to be understanding. That said, this is the single worst customer experience Iâve had in my life.    Read moreI previously wrote a very critical 1star review of this place which I am changing to 5 stars. I come here often, mostly as a treat for my kids and their friends. Up until the last year or so, I was working overnight 13 hour shifts every night with a 1 hr commute from Tampa. I was soo exhausted that I relied on quick drive thru trips to feed my kids breakfast/dinner so Iâve seen this place go thru many employees and Iâve seen a lot of wild stuff while sitting in that drive thru line. This is my hometown and Iâve been coming to this location for years. The service I received this morning was the best service Iâve ever gotten, not only at this location but at any fast food place, ever. The lady working the drive thru this morning was amazing. Her name was Linda. Idk if she is a manager but she sure as hell should be. Normally when this place doesnât have something I ordered, they will never mention it.. they will keep your money and just not give it to you and hope you donât come back. Or if itâs going to be a long wait, they would make you pull up to the waiting area and just forget about you for 30+mins until you either go inside, or pull back thru the drive thru, and then they will treat you like youâre lying to get something for free lol smh itâs crazy. Linda straight up told me how long the wait was gonna be, asked if I wanted to switch the item for a similar item, and even put my name down to come back and get 2 free next time. Not only that, but she was super friendly and pleasant. It was lovely dealing with her this morning. She was so considerate, even making sure to wipe the outside of all my drinks and frappe to make sure she didnât hand them over wet or sticky. Itâs little things like that.. thatâs what good service is. She checked my order and made sure it was accurate, and everything was hot and fresh too. And the biggest thing is the fact that she was friendly. She was genuinely a delightful person.
This place has gone thru its ups and downs over the years. There is another lady who works here, j believe her name is Nora. She is a manager. I hadnât seen her at this location before back when it used to be a complete shitshow, but when she did start working here, this place improved drastically. I genuinely think itâs because of her.    Read moreMy experience at this location was subpar to say the least. I stood at the The register for For an extended period of time without getting service. That was not such a big deal as I know that restaurants sometimes tend to get busy (Which, in this instance, they were not very busy at the time). The problem was the fact that it was an associate standing right in front of me on the other side of the register, looking down at the screen. This behavior carried on for at least 3 to five minutemore Until finally another associate saw me standing there and asked if I needed help. I also understand that she may have been busy doing something else on the register, but to not even acknowledge my presence or say hey, Iâll be with you in one second itâs absolutely rude. She treated me as if I didnât even exist. Im a very large man in stature so it was impossible not to notice me. Once I expressed my issue with this encounter, the young lady who previously ignored me, stated that all she thought that I had ordered at the kiosk. How would you know if I ordered the kiosk? If you didnât even ask me if I did or not. She was very rude and dismissive And to make matters worse. When I inquired more I found out that she was actually general manager. That type of behavior should be unacceptable especially coming from a person who is in charge of managing the entire store. On the other hand, the wonderful lady who did assist me was very courteous and hospitable She also offered apology for her coworkerâs behavior.
