I have to be pretty ticked off to write businesses a bad review, with reason, ESPECIALLY one for a fast food restaurant that I only eat maybe 1-2x per year…
I have every right mind to contact ICE on this place after the way I was treated. Ain’t no way every employee is here legally, and I completely understand customer service may be difficult at times as I’ve worked in the hospitality industry my entire adult life. With that being said, I had maintained the most patient, friendly, trying to be helpful attitude a customer could possibly have with the amount of mistakes that were made during this visit. You would’ve thought they were studying for a calculus or advanced linear algebra test - not working at McDonald’s with calculators at their fingertips…
I gave the counter girl who didn’t seem to speak a lick of English- a code…from my app, that clearly stated “free medium fry with a $1 purchase.” I was using cash otherwise I would have done it myself much faster and easier on the kiosk. She repeated the code back to me two separate times - I said yes, that is correct. I get my sandwich and small drink but no fry…. After 3 employees gathered around staring at each other without having the first clue how to proceed, so finally I asked if I could just get a refund. The manager was SO concerned about taking back whatever “points” I had possibly earned after spending a whole $5 from the purchase that when not knowing HOW to do so she tells me oh I can’t give a refund and I can’t give you the free fry either. I showed her, again, where I clicked on that specific deal on the app with yet again a NEW CODE. She got the fries, quite literally whipped them at me along with my now cold sandwich and proceeded to yell in Spanish because apparently none of these people understand English. Get it together. Better yet……don’t. I...
Read moreToday, July 23rd 2025 I placed a mobile order. I ordered a hot and spicy and a ranch snack wrap. I sent my brother to pick up my food as soon as I placed the order. We live in the apartments right next to the McDonald’s so he went to get my food for me and it took him less than 5 minutes to get there. When he got there he asked to pick up my order for Brittany and the lady said he had to check in to get it. I was sick at home and told him I would just come up there to get the order. By the time I got there, (me driving there only takes 2 minutes) the manager (white girl with a green clip in her hair) has cancelled my order. I saw that the order was cancelled on my way to pick up my food. When I got there, I asked her why my order was canceled and she claimed she didn’t do it. THAT was a lie. My order was confirmed in the app and I did not cancel it. So I went back into my app to try to order my food and my 40% discount was gone because she had canceled my order.
I told her that my 40% discount for my hot and spicy was now unavailable on the app and she said she would honor it.
If she didn’t cancel the order, how does she know? I’m telling the truth about my 40% discount and being so willing to honor it?
Needless to say, I ended up with no food I work nights and had no plans of getting out of the house until I went to work and this was a major inconvenience. She was rude and unprofessional, and I do not want to ever come back to this McDonald’s.
People like her should not be working there in charge of anything.
There was no reason to cancel my order and cause this...
Read moreAround 10:30am on 06/22/24, I pulled into the McDonald's parking lot to find a minivan blocking both lanes of traffic in front of the restaurant. The passenger door was open a woman in a safety vest was half-in/half-out of the van. I sat there for a few moments, waiting for the driver to realize someone was trying to drive past them. When they made no effort to clear the way, I beeped my horn, thinking they just didn't see me. The girl on passenger side finally got into the van and halfway closed the door, allowing me just barely enough room to creep past her. Once I was past her, the driver laid into their horn as if I was the one being the jerk. I ignored them and pulled into the drive-thru. A few minutes later, the van drove passed the drive-thru to the side exit, laying on their horn again when they passed me.
I initially thought this was just a rude customer, until I got to the drive-thru window and saw most of the employees wearing the bright yellow safety vests the girl in the van was wearing. That's when I realized it was actually a McDonald's EMPLOYEE blocking access to the parking lot and honking at people simply trying to get to the drive-thru. I've never had a bad experience at this location until today. This is unacceptable behavior and is a poor representation of the...
