Just moved to Florida a couple months ago and it was finally time to try the local McDonaldâs after my family asked me to get them some (obviously I had to get it for myself, tooâŚ)
The food was very good compared to other fast food chains and other McDonaldâs I would go to when I lived in New England. Fries were especially good, double cheeseburger was above-average. Only cost about $4.30, and then I rounded it up to $5 after they asked if Iâd be willing for charity. Glad they offered the round-upâŚand now I can feel charitable plus write off 70 cents on my taxes this year! (Haha)
The employees were very friendly and that helped. The woman taking your money at the first window was especially pleasant, and took the time to ask how my day was and how the weekend was fast-approaching. I was surprised that she was so friendly, because there was a long line and that job must get pretty drainingâŚ
Speaking of the line and service speed - that is my only criticism about this McDonaldâs. It was 11:15 AM when I went, so still a bit early for lunch rush, but there was nevertheless a line of about 6 cars in front of me after I placed my order at the drive-thru speaker. And it moved very slowlyâŚit took me 5-10 minutes before I was able to pull up and get my food that Iâd ordered. This could be because the other customers took their sweet time moving along after they got their food - it seemed like every person took a full minute to look through their bag after they were finished and paid up. That drives me nuts. Or it could be that the other people bought a ton of food. I dunnoâŚbut a 5-10 minute wait at a drive-thru was a bit much either way.
Anyhow, the customer service, food quality, and cheap menu items made it worth it! Iâll definitely go back again but not too often because Iâm trying to eat healthier. I wouldnât go back if I needed something quick, like if I was on a short lunch break or something, but if you have 5-10 minutes this is a great spot!
Thanks and hope this helps. Iâm bored and waiting for an appointment at a doctorâs office so I had some time to kill and thus wrote this...
Read moreI recently visited this McDonald's with my mom after i got out of work around 10:00 PM. We chose this location since it was closer from where I was. We always use the McDonald's app to redeem points for meal deals, we ordered two meals for $6.49 each, with my mom using her phone and me using mine to save money, and each of us had a code in the mcdonaldâs app. Since it was late and they were closing soon, we used the drive-thru.
We placed our orders at the speaker without any issues and then proceeded to the first window. However, no one was there, which we thought might be due to the late hour. At the next window, I asked if we needed to pay there. The employee with like a joking/mischievous attitude said yes and asked if we had $10 in cash and I said no (we never pay in cash, we donât like to have so many coins). This was suspicious for me since I always use my debit card for app orders. Another employee then insisted that we had to pay in cash for the points to be processed, which made no sense based on my previous experiences.
Then another employee arrived (iâm not sure if she was the manager) she was rude and mean and repeated the same incorrect information about needing to pay in cash. Frustrated, my mom and I decided to leave and went to a different McDonald's nearby. We didnât want to cause any trouble and it was useless to make an argument about it since they were really insistent. In the next Mcdonaldâs we had no issues, we paid with our debit cards, received our food, and the staff was friendly despite the late hour. We tried to use the points again since they refresh at 15 minutes since we didnât receive out food the first time, in my app I got the deal again but my mom didnât, practically wasted. This experience has convinced me never to return to this...

Product Experience: I choose McDonaldâs primarily because itâs quick and affordable. I usually visit about twice a week. Most of the time, the food is fresh and satisfying, especially if I go around 5â7 pm when the orders are freshly made and hot. However, if I visit later in the evening, after 9 pm, the food tends to be reheated or kept warm on the counter, resulting in cold fries, a sad sandwich, and Coke without fizz. Occasionally, I notice a slight bitterness in the taste, but thatâs not consistent.
Service & Staff: Iâve visited this location (indoor, outdoor, and drive-thru) over 100 times in 2.5 years. Iâve never encountered rude or misbehaving staff. However, I have noticed a lack of ethnic diversity among the employees.
Ordering Experience: I usually order via the mobile app, which is convenient but can sometimes take up to 25 minutes during busy hours.
Favorites: I love the breakfast potato hash browns, especially given their price point. Also, the free refill option on drinks combined with app discounts and reward points is a great customer retention strategy.
Suggestions: ⢠Introduce halal/kosher options to cater to more diverse dietary needs. ⢠Offer lunch menu items like fries during breakfast hours, since kids love them anytime. ⢠Improve parking facilities specifically for delivery trucks to streamline food deliveries...
