McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

I have been purchasing breakfast from this McDonald's off of HWY 27 in Ocala for YEARS! The service has steadily declined. I always get the Big Breakfast with Pancakes. I have someone pick up & drop it off for me. Last time, they forgot the syrup. Pancakes without syrup just is NOT pancakes. This time, they forgot the pancakes but did give me syrup. When I called to let them know, they didn't give a care! I spoke to a woman. They acted as if I was stealing from them bc I didn't get what was ordered. The driver that picked up for me didn't check to make sure if what I ordered was included. Regardless, I do NOT want someone else's hand digging in my food bag. When you go through the drive through, the guy taking the order mumbles making it hard to understand. I could barely hear the lady who I got to let her know how they've screwed up 3 of my last 4 orders. There's another McDonald's off HWY 40 in Ocala. Since they remodeled it, they're service and pleasant personalities have been wonderful. It's ashamed that I now refuse to go to the McDonald's we've been going to for as long as it's been open! But, I refuse to keep giving them money when they can't get orders correct then treat you like you're stealing money/food from them when you call to let them know. I don't even know where to start. We walked in but before we walked in we saw the billboard out there that said BOGO big mac, quarter pounder. So we went to the counter to order and make sure about BOGO. This person was leaning by the cash register and she said she knew nothing about it. We ask to speak to a manager since she kept saying she knew nothing about it through her frowns and misery. She announced that she is the manager and showed her name tag. She was not going to go look and take any steps in finding it out. I told my husband to forget it and just order. She puts out my cup and I walk over to get my drink, NO ICE, so I walk back over to our lovely manager (that needs to go back to manager school) and inform her no ice. Yes, she says the ice is behind her, hmmm. Why didn't she tell me that before? Anyway, I go get ketchup on the pump, no ketchup. This McDonald's needs to close down or hire all new staff. Sorry...I wouldn't send anyone there to eat. We leave and we go look at the sign and it doesn't start until tomorrow! Ok, we accept that, but Miss manager should have told us that, and instead, she was concentrating on the frown on her face. Very very rude management. I know we all have bad days but as a manager, you need to step aside or...

I've ordered via the mobile app for a while now. Usually when a particular location runs out of something, it is expressed in the order window. This did not happen today when I ordered, and upon arriving at the drive thru I was told what was unavailable from my order. Because I have the kids I have, this would not do so I asked for the order to be cancelled.

There was some kind of snafu with the window attendant as they tried to, verbally flustered with me, find someone to cancel my order. I was not told it was complete and simply annoyed the window attendant because I was still there when they asked for the next person's order. I asked if my order had been charged and was met with a snarky reply in a "Well DUH" manner. No need to speak to me as if I'm stupid, but thank you.

I checked my account and had in fact been charged anyway. So I was met with a whole mess of attitude and dismissive snark from someone who lied to me or at the very least had no clue what they were attesting to.

I will be contacting corporate about my abysmal encounter. But wanted others to know when they say it didn't charge, don't...
