The only thing I can say positive about my visit here today is that the young lady running the cash register was very polite and apologetic for the LONG wait. I should have left when we first pulled into the parking lot and got out and saw and heard an employee cursing and yelling while on a phone conversation. When we entered, the cashier politely took our order and after we paid, she asked if we could bare with them with the long wait time bcz they only had 3 workers... (technically 2 because 1 was outside having a heated personal phone conversation). As we looked around, we realized everyone there was waiting on their order. Approximately 10-12 customers just standing and sitting around waiting for their food, w/ several stating they'd been waiting over 30 mins, and some were upset bcz after the wait the order was either wrong or never prepared. The employee from OUTSIDE now comes in, DID NOT wash her hands, puts on gloves, adjusts her pants and HAIR, and goes straight to the burger station and starts making sandwiches. She then goes to the fry station and proceeds to box fries, after dropping fries on the floor, she grabs the broom and sweeps them, and then goes back to preparing fries. After this she goes to the monitor clears the screen and then proceeds to the register to take a cash order, then she goes back to the fry station and starts bagging fries....ALL OF THIS WITH THE SAME GLOVES ON. She then starts asking customers with an attitude, "What was your order!" When told.... she STILL gave out the wrong food, then caught an attitude when the customers said it was incorrect and started stating, "she don't have time for this, they need to get us some more help in here". At this point all 3 employees were doing all jobs... MAJOR CROSS CONTAMINATION! The customers were calm but growing restless. The other two employees were calm and professional even though clearly stressed, but the shorter one dressed in all black (black t-shirt and black jogger type pants) was absolutely ridiculously RUDE bcz THE STORE WAS SHORT, AND customers were asking if their order was ready. When we got our food (47 mins later), the meat was hard and dried out, no condiment sauce was on the sandwich, the lettuce was brown and fries were stiff as a board!!!! CLEARLYYYYYYYY OLD FOOD! Because one of the other workers, prepared our food, we chanced it bcz our lunch break was over. I took 2 bites and threw the whole meal away. My coworker finished hers, but about 20 mins later we both were sick.... I w/ diarrhea and she was puking! We called them, but the call wouldn't go through! This store's food handling and dietary conduct is ABSOLUTELY FILTHY!!!!! I've only eaten here 3 times, months in between visits, and the experiences have ALLLLLLL been horrible. The food is ALWAYS COLD AND TASTES OLD! Today we got food poisoning. Third strike...I'll NEVER visit here again! This location needs to be SHUT DOWN EXPEDITOUSLY!!!! A healthcare customer in scrubs, who had been waiting and watching just as long as the rest of us, finally whispered something to the employee that came from outside...im assuming about her gloves, because she immediately took them off... but by now she'd already handled and touched...

I had set aside 10 minutes to try and get food on my way into work, with the plan to simply skip if the line appeared too long. I arrived at 2:30pm, and the line seemed to be small-medium so I got in, and I was at the second window in 5 minutes. Then I was told to park around the front of the building, because the 4 drive thru parking spots were full, as well as the parking spots besides the drive thru, all filled with waiting drive thru drivers. I sat and waited for ten more minutes, and only two of the first drive thru parking spots were served their food. I waited another 5 minutes, before giving up. I lost my money, got no food, and was still 15 minutes late to work.
Regardless of why they decided to do this, the effect is that they push as many drivers through the line as they can, take your money, only to reveal afterwards that you will be waiting 20 minutes while upwards of 5 other cars get served their food before you. Many drivers, upon seeing a line with 8 cars waiting in it, will find a different restaurant, but this way, the restaurant gets to take your money before revealing the extent of the wait to you, leaving you with the choice to wait 20 minutes, go inside to try and argue for your money back, or leaving because you have other places to be, losing both your money and food with little recourse.
Truly just a terrible idea. Reserved drive thru parking should only be used to park somebody who ordered an unusually large quantity of items, so that they donât hold the line while all that food is prepared. I ordered a single meal. I assume the employees meant nothing malicious by it, but the effect remains the same, youâre forced to wait much longer than you ever had the chance to anticipate, and are only informed this after they charge your...
Read moreMy mother and I took my 3yr old and 10yr old niece to this establishment..... BIG MISTAKE. When walked in we approached the kiosk to order. All went well. We decided to pay at the counter instead of the kiosk so when we fished with ordering, we made our way to the counter. We waited about 10 minutes for someone behind the counter to acknowledge us... no one would even make eye contact even when they would call out orders to the lobby. She finally took our money (no hi, how's it going or nothing!) after she asked us why we were standing there. We got our mediocre meal and sat down. About 3 minutes later a family walks up to the counter. They decided to not order at the kiosk...... 15 minutes later the male sounds somewhat loudly "hello, anyone gonna help us?" A young woman behind the counter immediately started yelling and cursing at the man and his wife. Then 3 people came out from behind the counter and tried to fight the customer!!! Seriously?!? What the heck happened to customer service??!! After 10 minutes of the workers and customer arguing (no Manger ever came out) a young man that was waiting in his car from the window line came in to ask about his food and they all went off on that guy! Again with trying to fight. Yelling, F bombs! My nieces were so scared they had and covered their ears! What in the world is going on? I will NEVER step foot into this place ever again. I have never seen or heard such rudeness and uncontrollable anger in a restaurant!! McDonald's used to be the place to take kids, now they have to fear the place! For someone making $19hr (yes that is what they are hiring at now) you'd think you'd get a friendly smile and good attitude...instead you get ignorance and disrespect. Good luck...
