McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

I have been coming to this McDonald’s since 2009 and this is the first time I have been treated with so much disrespect. I’m beyond dissatisfied and disappointed by the way my family and I were treated from the manager Amarily to the janitor Alejandro. Long story short; We entered the premises at 10:48 pm, we started getting our orders between 10:55 pm and 11:10 pm. By 11:20 pm they kicked us out of the premises. First the manager came to my kids and nephews (all minors) flicking her fingers and bad attitude telling them to hurry up because they were closing soon. Second, the janitor started to throw water on the floor very closed to our tables like making a statement. Third the janitor with the worst attitude demanded my nephews (both minors) to get out of the restroom because they were closed. From there everything escalated to an argument between my family members, the manager and janitor. Overall Very unnecessary moment, full of disrespect and NO costumer service at all. These people struggle to get the simplest order right my order was a Double Quarter Pounder meal Large with a coke and two Mcchickens with Cheese and these people bring out a tray with no bags and the incorrect items on it then proceed to go inside and take another 15 minutes to bring my my supposed order when I get home and check the order no Double Quarter Pounder and the Mcchickens had no cheese and to top everything off the fries tasted like they had been dipped in oil… I mean how hard is it to get a mobile order right and to the correct customer… than there was another time where the store manager wanted to argue with me about my rewards order saying I never placed it that it glitched out of the system or something. I had to pull the email that was sent to me and even then he said that he would give it to me but wasn’t supposed to. It was one sandwich I mean...

I came to this McDonald's restaurant regularly, and this morning I came to order a big breakfast with coffee. When my order was ready on the table, I asked for an extra paper cup, but was told by a lady paper cups were not for free. When I questioned how much an extra paper cup cost, a second lady gave it to me anyway. Then I found no napkins were provided on my food trey, I went back to the counter saying I need napkins, then the same lady stared at me saying please. The staff in this McDonald's restaurant didn't provide good customer services in the first place, but lectured customers to say please in any circumstances. Obviously, customers come here to pay for being lectured even if a trouble or a bad service is created by them! Anyway, I don't think the management here really cares about customer reviews as they...
