If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This is the absolute worst McDonald's in the entire chain. There is not a single time that I've been there that there wasn't a problem. This last week was the final one for me. I don't like to complain because I work in retail and I understand better than most but even I know this store is passed letting it go. A few days ago, I wait at the drive through speaker for almost 10 minutes behind 4 cars who already ordered and have 3 cars behind me. It's 11:22 PM and finally someone screams "We ain't takin orders" I say I thought you were 24 hours and get told "we're closed, no orders". I go back again a few days later, same time, wait 17 minutes. Finally its my turn at the order speaker and I watch them take 2 cars orders in the left lane while I just sit in the right lane and wait. Again. I have cars behind me that have already pulled away. After they start the 3rd cars order in the left lane, I leave. I then pull over and call the store. It rings over 20 times and finally a bored and sleepy voice answers " McDonalds" I say can I speak to a manager? She says "I am" I ask her what the procedure is for taking drive through orders. She says "huh". I repeat my question and add I waited in the right while I watched the left lane get helped 3 times. She tells me first, that only 1 lane is open at night. Then when I explain other cars were helped before me and there were other cars behind me, she then gives me the second excuse. There is a new guy in the window. I said well shouldn't you be with him if he doesn't know what he's doing? She replied "I don't have to do anything" and then hangs the phone up on me. What is wrong with people? If you hate your job, quit. There's 100's of jobs out there right now hiring since no one wants to work. Don't decide who your going to serve and when you will serve them when you do not own the company. Shame on McDonald's for allowing people like this to be...
Read moreMy experience at this McDonald's today was definitely less than stellar I waited about 4 minutes at the order kiosk and I kept saying hello hello I didn't get any answer finally after about 4 minutes somebody that sounded like they had their mouth sewn together with cotton inside I think said what do you want so I told him I would like a cheeseburger with pickle and ketchup on it I saw the total on the screen so I figured we were done I moved forward to pay I paid and then move forward to the next line to receive my order
the gal that was handing out the orders seemed very friendly she double checked my cheeseburger order and it wasn't right so she pleasantly fix the order and handed it back to me we had a pleasant exchange and then I took my burger and left
when I got home I was hungry so I decided to go ahead and eat the hamburger and that's when it gets even worse this was not anything like any of the other McDonald's hamburgers I've had even from this particular location
the hamburger patty was not even a quarter inch thick it was dry the pickle they just slapped one pickle on there and I guess that was supposed to suffice and when the lady went back to fix the order I think she put some ketchup on the Burger or somebody else did and they just like plopped a whole big squish of ketchup kind of lopsided on the hamburger bun
but the worst part was the cheese it was like you took all the worst chemicals and flavors in all the worst cheddar spreads etcetera and tried to make them even worse I don't know how you could even come up with a piece of I guess American cheese that tastes worse than government cheese
I don't know who eats this crap on a regular basis but if you continue to downgrade your quality at such a rapid pace and raise your prices at the same pace I see the demise of the McDonald's corporation taking place...
Read moreFor the third time in a month I was left waiting at the drive thru for over 5 min. The first time I mentioned it I wasn't even offered an apology. The lady didn't act surprised or concerned at all. She acted like it was regular business as usual.
The second time I gave up completely and ran across the street to taco bell instead.
The third time (tonight) I should have done the same thing. I waited in the rain for 5 min before I decided to switch to the other drive thru. I only stayed because I was so irritated I absolutely had to scratch the itch telling me to ask the manager if he knew this sort of thing was happening frequently. After another two min I was finally greeted. I asked if the microphone in the other lane was broken. The young lady replied that she did not think so.
I ordered, waited another 5 min, got to first window to pay and gave the employee my ($700 Galaxy Note 5) phone so she could scan the coupon I was using. She took it, held on to it for about 3-5 min, looking confused, and finally I asked for it back and realized that right as I gave it to her, rain must have fallen on it because the bottom if it near the home button/fingerprint sensor had water all over it. I said "you didn't see or feel all this water on my phone?"
She said, in a very unconvincing, monotone voice "no, I'm sorry."
I went to second window. Waited another 5 min for my food to be brought to the window. A large, heavy set man brings it.
I explained how long I waited in the rain on my motorcycle. He said he didn't know and that he was sorry (in a worse, even less convincing manner).
Major strike three. Will Never patronize this establishment again. And I hope none of my family or...
