3rd time is the FINAL time..... 1st, my husband went there and ordered an Egg, Sausage and cheese breakfast biscuit and a #1 No onions, that seems simple enough for the young girl at the drive thru to understand, she repeats back, breakfast sausage and cheese? Husband repeated the entire order stated as above Sausage, Egg and cheese biscuit and a number 1 with no onions, and sorry make it a coke for the drink, ok sir you want a big mac, no onions, sausage egg and cheese biscuit, and a coke, do you want fries? ..... Husband goes inside.... States, number 1 with no onions, with a coke medium size and a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit, add a hashbrown....... He gets home so upset from repeating himself. (Not a patient person normally, but it was a long 12 your day) The order ended up being, a number 1 (big mac meal) no onions w/a coke, but the medium was actually a small the medium fries were filled 1/2 way and the big mac had hardly any sause, and... The sausage, egg and cheese biscuit was missing the best part of the darn thing, the CHEESE.... Come on LOL.... next time about a week and a half later, SAME young, Skinny lil KId at the drive thru, said ok, maybe she has learned something, ordered a double cheese burger meal, no opinion and again my sausage, egg and cheese biscuit with a hashbrown..... My hashbrown tasted like pure grease and not cooked and lmmfao I got an ENGLISH muffin instead of the biscuit... COME ON..... So I called and got a girl that was so (how do I say this without coming across wrong?) Saying the following "ah, u sur u said ur orda right?, we all hear the orders and got each others back"....... uhm, are you f'in kidding me? Yeah... You need to drug test McDonald, or hire people that actually understand if I order some thing, trust and believe I have NO issue with telling you to clean your ears.... And that "manager", you need some Six Sigma training so you know how to deal with issues and learn to train your staff for the up most excellence in Customer Service, check out Arbys down 60 towards Dover road, that is excellent service but they don't have my sausage egg and cheese yet, YET!! :) Bless your hearts:) hope you...
Read moreI just purchased a $21.34 medium diet dr. Pepper. I mean my order contained a Big Mac, 2 large fries, and a quarter pounder meal. I placed and paid for the order on the app. Pull into the drive thru and give our code. QS73. Guy says to pull to second window. We still stop at the first window. Guy says they’ll have my receipt at 2nd window. Young lady with pink eye shadow pops the second door open and hands out my ddp and asks if we can pull up for our food to the third window. We obliged and pulled forward. Sat there for 15 min before pulling back through the drive thru and to the second window. We asked where our order was. They were puzzled saying that we passed through without giving our code. What?!? We’ve been waiting for 15 min already. I’ve already received my drink. Manager starts asking everyone if they’ve helped us. Guy in back said no even though he addressed me by my first name pink eye shadow girl said she never handed us our drink. I’m confused by this point. I give my code again. They said I placed it at a different store. I said no I didn’t I placed it for here and have already been through this line once. The manager said I can’t do anything without a receipt. Yall never gave me one with my ddp. Manager gets nasty acting like we are lying and asks for the receipt. I said I only have my online order on the app. The manager rudely tells the purple hair girl to grab my phone. I said absolutely not. So we went in. I said here is my receipt. I’m not giving you my phone in which she took from my hand anyways. She carries on screaming in my face how she is trying to help. She did nothing but imply that we didn’t order food. We told her to check the footage. Asked for a different manager. Asked for a refund. When she screamed in my face I smacked the counter and said stop it. And she threw my phone back on the counter. She refused to do anything from there. We called the police but decided that there time would be better served elsewhere. Seriously don’t go here!! This isn’t my first bad experience at this location. It’s just the first I’m writing about. This store...
Read moreI don’t dine out anywhere frequently. I haven’t been to this McDonald’s in nearly a year. My son was craving their fries for weeks and we had a busy day, so I decided to surprise him with a rare post payday lunch outing here. I ordered the crispy chicken deluxe meal and my son got a cheeseburger happy meal. We took our number to a table that my son got to pick out. I didn’t get a cup or instructions to get one. When our food came, the young lady delivering it noticed I had not gotten my drink and brought it, I also asked for ketchup and napkins. When she got back quite quickly with those items, I was looking puzzled at my chicken sandwich. It didn’t look like a deluxe to me at all. It was a comically small piece of chicken on a big bun that was fairly burnt. I didn’t see any pickles, which turned out to be my fault for not adding pickles free at the kiosk. I asked if that was the deluxe as it didn’t really resemble the picture. My lettuce and Mayo were just kinda pasted to the inside of the box and were so sparse it wouldn’t thinly cover the bun if I scraped it over. She said she wasn’t too sure what is supposed to be on my sandwich and asked to grab a manager to take a look. The manager came right over and explained that I had to add pickles when I order, but that my sandwich was pretty sloppy and asked if he could bring me a new one and add my pickles while he’s at it. I agreed. The manager quickly returned with a sandwich that included chicken that actually matched the bun size. My bun wasn’t burnt and my lettuce, mayo and tomato were evenly distributed to the sandwich not the box sides. It was yummy. They deserve credit for taking it upon themselves between the staff member and manager to make sure I got what I’d paid for. I wasn’t going to send it back, but without their proactive intervention, I probably wasn’t coming back either. They fixed it on their own and earned my next rare McDonald’s outing treat with my son. Good...
