Angry is an understatement! After a long hard day of loading a moving truck, I just wanted a dinner box for me and my husband so I didnāt have to cook. We were starving and we needed the carbs. It was around 10 something at night, and my local Pizza Hut here in Plant City had the error message ādeal not available.ā So, I placed the order for this location in Valrico. I ordered a garlic Parmesan pizza with onions, the breadsticks and cinnamon sticks come with it in the box I ordered. I placed an order on the app using my gift card and debit card. I remember after using my gift card, the total was $8. I SPECIFICALLY remember plugging in my husbandās debit card number and placing the order⦠Then once I drive all the way to Valrico, a 20 minute drive, I was handed a regular order of stale breadsticks! They were cold and werenāt the slightest bit warm! My husband checked his account and saw that only .19 cents was withdrawn, and then I checked my app and it said I ordered breadsticks! I KNOW I didnāt just drive all that way for some old breadsticks. I KNOW I didnāt accidentally order breadsticks because I was prompted to pay the $8. Given that the breadsticks were cold, again, I KNOW I didnāt mis-click because even if I accidentally ordered those, they wouldāve been hot!!! I am pretty sure the staff somehow changed my order because it was so close to closing time and they didnāt want to make the order. So they gave me a nasty 2 hour old hard order of breadsticks. Guilty as charged because when my husband asked, they were really rude and hateful! I am reaching out to corporate, something I rarely do but this just does not feel...

I have ordered from this location before and have had the same excuse, as to why the sauce and cheese portions lack and how they are according to some, franchise university that they have graduated (Granulated) from. FAIL!! All of the BIG DIPPER pizzas I've seen online are cheesy!! The manager was willing to charge me to remake the pizza plus take the pizza away until he compromised aka gave in, and remade it and took the other pizza back DURING THE COVID-19!!. Every pizza place that I have been to that has made a mistake, they have corrected it and remade it without taking a supposed germ filled pizza back into the stores! (The 2nd pizza wasn't that cheesy as Google pizza hut btw!) I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS...

Today, I placed an order for a pizza to pick up. When I arrived to pay with cash, the employee refused to accept it because he claimed it was too large a bill and that your store doesnāt get enough traffic to provide change.
Not wanting to waste food ā especially with so many people in need nearby ā I quickly went next door to break the bill. When I returned, I was shocked to find that my pizza had been thrown away.
This was incredibly frustrating ā not only was it a waste of food, but also a waste of my time. Unfortunately, this experience has made me rethink bringing my business back in the future.
