Complaint about Discriminatory Treatment and Poor Customer Service
Dear McDonald's Customer Service,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the service I received at your restaurant located at [9681 sw 72nd ] on . Upon arriving to pick up my order, I was informed by the manager, Adriana, that I could not receive my order because I did not have a car. This policy, which was not clearly stated anywhere, was both unacceptable and discriminatory.
When I requested a refund in light of this unjust policy, I was met with dismissiveness and disrespect from the staff. Not only was I denied my order without valid reason, but the lack of empathy and professionalism demonstrated by your team further exacerbated the situation. As a loyal customer, I expect to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of whether I arrive by car or on foot.
I felt discriminated against and deeply disrespected during this encounter. I urge you to review your policies and ensure that all customers are treated fairly and equally at all times. Additionally, I request a formal apology and appropriate action to be taken to address this issue and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
I trust that you will investigate this matter promptly and provide a...
Read moreNever in my life have i been treated in a way that not only a customer shouldnt be treated but another human being shouldnt be treated , i had a mobile order of 6 nuggets and i forgot to tell the lady in the first window which was my fault, but after asking the lady in the second window if she could just input the order so i don't have to wait in the long line they already had she informed me i had to make the line. Me not wanting to wait asked if i can wait at the third window or come inside to pick it up when she explained that it is not possible even though i know it is. I exclaimed that it is only 6 nuggets i dont want to make the line again for a 6 peice and also explained that if it was a big order id be more understanding. She later threatened me to call the cops if i dont move my car. And i just said really? A big scene because im trying to negotiate a small favor that would not be an issue for her. I was not waiting in line again and after the threat i felt like i was in the wrong so i left with a disgusted feeling in the back of my throat. For anyone reading this the employee name...
Read moreI asked for ketchup and a person who I believe might be the manager (she had a blue shirt on, different from the other team members) only gave me 2 packets and threw it like I was a beggar. I don't know what's up with her, but I asked her nicely if I could have a few more for the kids and she said "Just because it's free you take as much as you can, right? People like you.." and then she turned around and I couldn't hear the rest of what she said. I asked her why she was being so mean to me and she said "don't like it? Go to another McDonald's. There's a lot of them. " I didn't talk to her again because I didn't know if she was going to become violent. This is really disappointing. I've never had an experience like this, especially concerning is the fact she's from management. She has blonde dyed hair, Hispanic, older (around 40-50 years old), and overweight (I say it in the nicest way possible). I don't think I'll eat in if she's around, as my experience with her even makes me feel like my food may be tampered with out of spite.
