McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

Went here because my teens wanted McDonald’s and quickly realized why we don’t go to this location anymore. We order a 6 pc nugget meal, a cheeseburger with no onion no pickle a McChicken sandwhich Fries and a chocolate shake. We received this shake at window without a care in the world this was handed to us this way. Had to ask fir napkins to clean off myself. We got our food and went home. Quickly realized that we were missing food and our number gets and fries were hard as a rock after we asked specifically to make fresh when we ordered.

So we called and spoke to Mgr on duty and she treated us very rude like we were trying to get free food. I told her I’m not trying to get free food I’m trying to get fresh food, as it should have been in the first place. She then tell me to bring all items back up there with my receipt and she will fix and give me my missing item. So we get there and she never even came to window to acknowledge me or apologize for her mistake. Or for me having to drive back up there. The cashier girl was rude too. So they remade my food and I left again. But this time I checked food in parking lot to find out again they still forgot our missing item. So pulled around to drive thru still mgr did not come but you could see her inside throwing her hands all around and talking stuff. Very unprofessional. We got our missing cheeseburger and went home. When we get home we open food to eat and realized that they gave me missing cheeseburger but it’s totally the wrong one. It was supposed to have no onion no pickle and it had all that plus lettuce and a ton of ketchup. My McChicken had all its lettuce on the side of it not on sandwhich but it was wrapped in packs it came in. This place is a joke for service and a waste of money for food. We will not be returning...

BE AWARE HERE. Went thru drive thru and total was $15 and change. I gave the girl a 50.00. She handed me my change without counting it out to me and said have a nice day and shut the window. My change was exactly $10 short. I knocked on the window and told her she shorted me 10.00. I expected her to say sorry or oh my bad or similar but what she said was "yes I know, just give me a second". So now I'm feeling like she may not have the change in her drawer and was waiting for some from manager... but I was wrong. She simply opened the drawer and pulled a 10 dollar bill out of a drawer full of them and handed it to me. No sorry, no nothing...not even have a good day this time. She was clearly trying to take 10.00 from me. If she knew she shorted me, why tell me have a good day and shut the window? Why not tell me to wait cuz I'm still owed change? Cuz she wanted me to drive away, that's why. Plus, since the drawer had plenty of change in it, she had no reason to short me to begin with. I wouldn't be surprised to find that she has a card skimmer in there as well in order to jack peoples card info for later use or to sell to card scammers. I was running late or i would've went in and spoke to the manager at that time. Since I failed to get her name here is her description: She was a black girl, tattoos on her arms, hard to hear and understand when she speaks, especially over the speaker..wish I had more to go on. Be very careful in the drive thru at this location, and personally, I would never hand her a credit or debit card. Management needs to...

Mother's Day breakfast. Very disappointed with McDonald's on Van Dyke and Dale Mabry today. And this doesn't make the first time you've disappointed me. You used to be on your game but not sure what's happened to you. You've forgotten food I ordered (like the freaking nuggets in the nuggets happy meal), you've taken FOREVER to get food out to me when asked to pull up into the wait area where I had to actually walk in to obtain the food, you've had way too much pepper on a cheeseburger, and the list goes on.

Today: I was expecting my free breakfast for Mother's Day which is the promotion they run every year. Upon arriving I didn't see any posters advertising this year so I wasn't 100% certain they were offering this year. It wasn't until after I paid them went to the soda bar that I saw a small counter poster advertisement of the promotion so I went to the counter and asked why I had to pay for my breakfast despite being a mother. I guess because I didn't say I was a mom despite my daughter being with me I had to pay. Rrrrrrrrrrrr. Hello McDonald's just because my daughter looks Asian and not white doesn't mean I'm not the mom. Don't make assumptions about people, if unsure ask.

Still enjoyed breakfast and time with my family but nice way to start my special day. All the clerk said...
