this is a horrible horrible store to go I went in there to get an order and I told the cashier with the order name and number is and that she is going to get it. she comes back and hand me a bag I go to put the order Number and to confirm it. and it says it’s not correct order so then I re-look at it and the name and realize she handed me the wrong food. so i tell her this is not my order she said yes it is I said ma’am no it’s not and she’s like it is your order so I’m showing her the numbers and the names that aren’t matching up and the guy behind me like oh that’s my order so he takes the order and he leaves and I was like OK so this is the correct name in order number and she was like oh I already gave that one to someone else I was like OK well then I need you to remake it. She’s like yeah I’m not gonna do that cause I already gave it to somebody else basically just didn’t wanna get in trouble and tell them she gave the wrong order out so then she goes and start saying something to this other lady that works there which I think she’s a manager or something and the lady comes out I was like that order is already been given to somebody else so there’s nothing we could do about it and I’m like you guys gave my order to somebody else so telling me there’s nothing you could do about it that I need to re-order it I said no I said she needs to be checking orders before she’s handing it away and she was like, yeah, she did check the orders, and it was already given to somebody else . I’m like OK so you gave my food to somebody else and not checking the orders properly so you’re telling me there’s nothing I could do about that and I said she just handed me somebody else’s order and I’m the one that noticed it not hurt if I was to take that order and left there’s just another person screwed out of food. So the lady was like well there’s nothing we can do about that. She’s like so you can leave the store. where she said that I can tell you about eight people got up out of their seat and came up there and started defending me The one guy and his wife was like excuse me you’re gonna tell her she can’t have her order because your employee gave it to somebody else without checking it. She was like you just gave me somebody else’s order and I had a hand that person to order you handed that person to order and it wasn’t even his order so y’all are messing up he order and they’re saying there’s nothing you could do about it and then telling them that you leave without fixing it . She was like well we’re not remaking it. We already made it. So some other people jumped in it telling them how wrong they are. telling me I need to leave I’m causing a disturbance. Everybody was like no ma’am you are you’re messing everybody’s order up everybody that’s in this building. I got a order that did not belong to them. You have all the customers in the lobby switching orders because there’s not their orders and then telling people there’s nothing you could do about it because your employee gave somebody else the wrong order. So unprofessional so rude… so I said what is your name so I can call corporate she’s like I’m not telling you you need to leave I said OK so I’m not allowed to have corporate number and you’re not telling me your name or the other employee she’s like no I don’t have to get out of my store. shame on you guys for having people like this in your store. I went to McDonald’s today after placing a mobile pick up order, something I do quite often, I run a business and McDonalds is our go to for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, specifically this location. In the 3 years I’ve operated here we’ve probably spent close to 40k at this specific location. I say that to say this, the general manager today has lost our business forever, I arrived in the pick up location and opened up my app, where it glitched and wouldn’t let me check in. So I walked into the restaurant, explained my situation, was almost given my food before the “GM” step in, stating if I can’t check in she “doesn’t get paid”, the employee and I explained my situation and she wasn’t having any of it, clearly already in a bad mood and speaking poorly to her subordinates, she didn’t want to back down. She took my phone from me to try and show me where I messed up and what I needed to do, only to realize she had no idea what happened and had no idea what she was talking about, I showed her my receipt, where the money was taken from my account and let her have access to my phone to scroll through the McDonalds app to see for herself. She wouldn’t budge, at this point all I wanted was my food that was being held hostage 5 feet away from me that I’ve already paid for! She wanted me to call corporate and have them reorder it for me (so I did, took me 30 minutes to get ahold of them and they told me I was SOL and they’ll try and get me a refund). My first order from this location through DoorDash was completely missing 2 large fries AND instead of the two Deluxe Crispy Chicken Sandwich like I ordered, I received two of the spicy versions drenched in buffalo sauce. We did NOT order spicy and we CAN'T eat spicy. Ordered a SECOND time, again, the regular deluxe crispy chicken sandwich, even talked to the driver to ask and make sure my order was NOT spicy, received my order, and yet again... I received two of the spicy versions drenched in buffalo sauce. I called this particular McDonald's to voice my frustration, the first guy I talked to genuinely sounded like he wanted to resolve the issue, but then the woman I talked to kept telling me they can't do anything about it unless I bring the sandwiches to them. The sandwiches were already discarded in the trash. I told them I am NOT digging through my trash and driving to them for THEIR mistake! I asked repeatedly, WHY would they want me to bring contaminated food to their restaurant? Isn't that a potential biohazard?? Especially during a pandemic??? I OFFERED to take pictures of the sandwiches in the trash, but that apparently wasn't good enough! They were very adamant about me bringing contaminated trash food.
