I just came from here and I was so annoyed I had to write the review before I eve ate ! fyi never coming here their better at night ! I go to the drive through and no troubles i'm fine . Receiving the food is where it started ! I got the food and a few items were missing ! me being genuine and understanding since its a small mistake (I decide to go inside because I don't have time to go around the drive through ; the young lady that served me was awesome as well ) which I should've just went home . I go inside and everyone is just having a great time SOCIALIZING and I understand work is frustrating but at least do it with respect ! (if you went to get food and needed help and you get ignored and everyone there is talking about their own stuff how would you feel ? so why do it to others ??) after standing for 10 minutes and nobody said anything to me but were looking at me as if Im an alien ( since their so busy talking and laughing about last night , yes I understood ) I had to interrupt their conversation asking for help then was told " one moment " because last night conversation is more important than my child meal . One lady in a purple shirt that was the cashier is there moving sauces from left to right than left again to obviously avoid me which is why I decided to write a review ! Thank gosh a young lady was there and assisted me ( I hope she's a manager or at least get promoted to it ) thank you to that young lady !!! I got a happy meal the drink and my baby toy was missing . This whole experience was a mess ! I used to love McDonalds specially this location but I don't know what going on now !! I live down the street so coming to this McDonald's is pretty regular but that's unfortunately true. Not one to have a high standard for fast food it's usually cheap and easy to obtain but this location in particular has gotten on mine and many people's nerves. My order is given to me wrong constantly and on top of that the menu board has incorrect prices listed on it purposefully seemingly and the staff doesn't have any solution to it as that's not under their control. The image of attached is a picture of the recent McDonald's collector meal with the sign saying around $11 but of course I was charged $14. Although the collector's meal ranges between 11 and $14 depending on location and I don't mind paying the same price I would have paid at the McDonald's down the street their sign should not be incorrectly marked and this needs to be fixed.
This is true of other items on their menu board seemingly the items on their menu are cheaper than whatever you pay If you see sandwiches labeled at $7 then they're going to be $9

Read moreI had a terrible experience at this McDonald's. We ordered through the app for curbside pickup, but the app didn’t notify us that our order was ready. When we checked again, it showed our order under recent, but we couldn't confirm our spot number.
We decided to go inside the store to sort things out. However, we encountered three managers who clearly should not be in management positions. Instead of helping us, they argued that we hadn’t paid and wouldn’t give us our order until we confirmed it. We explained that there was no option on the app for us to confirm anything.
Rather than assist us, they began yelling and arguing. I eventually told them I would not leave without my food because we had shown them the mobile receipt and confirmed that the funds had been taken from our account. After calling their manager, they gave us our order no apology for the misunderstanding
These managers seemed more interested in arguing than resolving the situation. We were kind and didn’t want to escalate things, but it was frustrating. I urge you to improve your service.
