Messed up my drive through order. Again.
50% chance I will not get the correct food unless I tell them how to do their job at every step of the interaction because they fail to communicate effectively.
They have a big screen in the drive through, but they only use it to show my order half of time. They don't read the order back while placing it, don't show it on the screen, and don't read it back at the payment window. When I ask them to read it back and have them correct their mistake they still give me the wrong food.
For example, if I order a Cheeseburger only ketchup, they instead enter it as a "Cheeseburger no mustard no onion no pickle" then the cook ends up doing no ketchup or ends up keeping onion... if they would just put "only ketchup" like I said the cook will get it right. Instead they make it overly complicated and it results in serving the wrong food.
For example, if I order a "bacon egg and cheese bagel with only egg and cheese" they order it as "no bacon" then it comes covered in sauce. Since I said I only want egg and cheese they could ask if I want breakfast sauce, but they don't, so then I have to tell them to remove the sauce too. Then the cook sees "no butter, no sauce, no bacon", and ends up "noing" everything but the egg when it should have had cheese on it... In general, adding is easier than subtracting... so when there are more ingredients removed than included they should tell the cook what to put on it instead of telling the cook what to not put on it.
When they enter my order differently than how I stated it that's okay IF they tell me what they're entering or show it on the screen or at least confirm it at the window. 101 of fast food is to confirm the order but at this location they skip all 3 opportunities. If I have to correct the order at the payment window they only enter the correcting into the system so the next window serves the original incorrect food. Other locations tell the staff at the other window that there was a last minute change. Again, this should all be basic fast food communication. I could understand if it's a poorly supervised overnight shift but these issues are happening during...
Read moreDrove to this location specifically for the indoor play area. It was closed and it looked like they were using it for storage. While waiting for our food my daughter kept wanting to go to different tables but each was dirtier than the last. Wife and I got the cheesy jalapeno bacon quarter pounders and my daughter got a 4 nugget happy meal. Wife modified her single, and paid to have EXTRA Pickles. it came out with 2 little pickles. I modified my double to have tomatoes (per the kiosk there should have been 3 slices of tomato). Mine came out with two little slices of tomatoes and 1 burger patty. They didn't remake mine (which is fine) but instead put another slice of cheese over the other toppings and added a second burger patty on top of that. Between me and my wife's two jalapeno burgers we had 3 total slices of jalapenos. the cheese sauce looked like toothpaste and would fit under a quarter. My daughter really wanted the "fire girl" as her toy, instead got gale the air toy. We went to the counter to see if we could get one of the two ember toys. and the lady that brought out our order was happy to help. She asked if anyone knew if there were fire toys in the back before she went back to look for no reason. then another young employee says (very rudely in my opinion) "WE DONT LOOK FOR SPECIFIC TOYS". My 4 year old daughter left in tears because she couldn't get the toy she wanted, play in the play area, and the toy she did get did work they way she...
Read moreI’ve been here a few times now and I’ve had some issues with my orders from time to time and never have complained, but enough is enough. I just order true drive-through and the person taking the order didn’t know if the had any deals like when you can order big Mac with nuggets like the one on highway 60 has. So I order a happy meal the person never asked what to drink with it so they just choose small coke. I then ordered an 10 pice nugget meal with bbq sauce.
My husband is driving so he doesn’t pay attention and starts to drive off and I’m like hey wait where is the baby’s drink. They forgot to give it to us. It’s raining so I get out and go inside and let them know they forgot the drink. I got the milk and I get back in the car. My husband started driving again and here I go to looking inside my bag and no BBQ sauce. I’m like why they can’t just double check the order before giving it to the consumer. I get it it can be overwhelming at times when there’s a lot of people, but to be frank this is not the only time I’ve had problems with my orders and I think the owner should know what is going on in their store.
Pls listen to the consumer and double check the food before handling it to a person. For there food could be more enjoyable if everything is just right...
