this is the worst McDonald's in this area. a placed a large mobile order for curbside pickup. I arrived at 7:30 a.m. and the pickup parking spots were taken up by carts of items being loaded into their storage room. another car pulled up alongside me and she went inside. there was an employee cleaning the tables right in front of the window. when I tried to get in the door to the lobby, it was locked, even though the hours state they open at 6:00 a.m. there's no sign saying the lobby is closed. through the window I can see three customers at the counter, one being the lady that just went in and another lady in a bathrobe (!?) and another man. the employee cleaning the tables is just looking at me. doesn't say I'm sorry we're closed. nothing. I knocked on the door and the lady in the bathrobe said they were closed inside. I went on the drive-thru line to try to pick up my order and of course they couldn't find it because I had it down as curbside pickup. the person taking my orders then they finally found it and everything was good. I get to the pickup window and the person said they did not have my order. I said it was a $40 order for three coffees and 10 sandwiches. she finally found the order after I waited at the window close to 10 minutes. there is an employee at the counter, I'm assuming the manager I'm not sure, walking around the front counter chomping on her gum. Read morePreviously I had left a 5 Star rating. Today I went through the drive thru, the young man that took my order and my payment was very friendly, courteous and appreciative. When I was served my food, the lady didn't even speak to me. After serving my order, she looked at me, in broken English she rudely asked me "What?!" I had previously asked her for the 20 piece, she nodded, I assumed in agreement. By now I told her I still hadn't received the 20 piece. She scowled, turned and looked at a manager (a guy in a blue button down shirt and tie) asking him for the 20 piece. He told her to get my receipt. I handed her my receipt and said, "It's the first thing on the receipt" The manager rudely demanded that HE NEEDS TO SEE THE RECEIPT HIMSELF. I sternly told him that "I always get good service from his employees and now I'm gonna get rude service from management! I'll make sure to leave an accurate but negative review." His response to me, "Go ahead, I am not worried about it!" I told him, "If you're not worried about it then I'll find the next nearest MacDonald's owned by someone else from now on." I never spend less than $20 at this MacDonald's at least once a week. I ordered a plain cheeseburger, and an iced coffee, black... no cream... no sugar... sooooooooo, they've messed up my coffee the last dozen times I've been there, no joke... how hard can it be to get a black iced coffee?!?! so this time instead of putting iced coffee no cream no sugar the lady puts ice coffee ICE ONLY, so I get to the window, paid, ask the lady "you sure they're going to get my coffee right this time they always mess it up", she assured me "yes they'll get it right", I get to the next window and the lady with a very blank look hand me a cup full of ice, with no lid😒😒😒😒I was just in awe!!! I truly couldn't stop laughing because it was so stupid!!!
