Mi Fondita Colombian Restaurant — Restaurant in Miami Lakes

Service was horrible. There was only one waitress to a full restaurant which is small. But she had no experience. We sat outside.. We didn't even get waters until we ask for them and that was like pulling teeth. We met family there they had asked for coffee, I had to get up and ask for 3 waters for my 91 year old grandparents to drink water and was only given one. Food took long to come out we had to walk to Burger King to get my grandparents something to eat and drink while we waited for the food. The waitress took our order we were a party of 6 them proceeds to take another order from a party of 8, she should have put our order in first. Food came out cold. Eggs were cold. Arepas were cold too we sent them back. 1st and last time I eat there. I like to support small businesses but with this place you are better off staying home and making your own breakfast. I feel really unfortunate on this place that time, I really rely on the internet reviews from restaurants to go and eat, and give them a try and this one because the HIGH score, when I arrive to the place we want so bad a typical Colombian hamburgers and hot dogs, what I notice was that the place was around half hour ready to close but We order anyway, It took for ever to get the food ready and we where the only people on the restaurant. Bad luck all 2 burgers meat and hot dog were badly burn, so bad that you can test it, I barely eat mine and my wife did not eat ir after she try, it at the end I let the server know and gave me a suggestion paper, I fill it up with my opinion to the management but by the time to put it in the box, the box was full of papers to the point that I barely can put mine on it. My family and myself arrived at the restaurant and we were sitted rather quickly. Once we were sitted the served took our drink orders and we ordered she left and did not return for quite a while. We recieved our food and it was disappointing, very bland no matter how much salt and lime we added. My husband also asked her for a refill and she had forogt about it for almsot 10 minutes even though we kept reminding her. She also forgot our chips. Once we were ready to pay, she was running around and took a while to help us pay and since we had an uber coming to pick us up we had to rush so we waited at the front.
