I went in here and just wanted and quick bite to eat. I was standing at the counter and the 2 girls were too busy talking to each other about other employees and who they like and don't like working with. They looked at me a few times and didn't even acknowledge me. FINALLY when they did it seemed like I was a bother to her. It took her a long time to make a chicken ceaser wrap and also didn't give me the extra dressing that I asked for. While they were making it I was standing at a table and the place was so dirty I wouldn't even put my bag down. Also while making my food they started talking about other employees again loud enough to hear them and I thought that was very unprofessional. Their social life was more important than helping their customers. There was a gentleman that walked in and he had to wait to be helped too because they did the same thing to him. Note, I’m not upset with the prices of ordering DoorDash for your food, I am upset for paying for something that isn’t correct, which happens often Also, I almost never use door dash, as I order food a few times a week and pick it up at the window.*
Food is good, but they can’t ever get online orders right! I can’t tell you how many times I have asked for crackers or very very light salad dressing on my wrap. When I visited today on Nov 19th I was told they did not write my name in the book so they could not replace my meal by the manager Yardie. When I pointed out the girl who not only made my food but took my phone call. She told me that if the manager said no there was nothing she could do. That "people come in all the time TRYING TO GET FOOD THEY DIDN'T PAY FOR". Excuse me? I definitely paid and called so what is it that I didn't do correctly?
