Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Florida

Before I jump into how delicious these cakes are, let me mention Terry, the owner! I have come to this location at least four times since it opened, and each time I had the opportunity to interact with Terry. I was unaware that she was the owner until today, and I must say that her customer service has always been consistent and phenomenal. Yesterday was absolutely unexpected on the incredible detail and care, and enthusiasm that I experienced from Terry. I was faced with a little bit of a dilemma where the cake would travel a little longer than expected in my vehicle. Terry even suggested delivering the cake to ensure that the presentation and the cake made it to its final destination safely. Terry’s customer service makes this location a one-of-a-kind. We stopped in for our first visit today. Nice and clean inside, everyone quite helpful and friendly. We ordered a dozen of the personal sized cakes in several flavors. Wow. Excellent flavor. Each cake comes in individual container with label and the dozen came in a nice box that fit them. We have sampled several of them to see how we liked…red velvet, carrot, classic vanilla, and snickerdoodle. All of them have very good flavors in a moist, fresh cake. The red velvet and vanilla bundtlets were great. However, I didn’t like the fact that the cashier seemed like she didn’t want to hand my change back in my hand and instead placed it on the counter; especially when I handed the money to her in her hand. I went back in and ordered from a different cashier to make sure this wasn’t a consistent thing. I think (hopefully) she realized what happened and handed my change back in my hand.
