Belk — Local services in Viera

It's a good all around store to shop in. They carry most brands your looking for when it comes to style and fashion. The store is very large so they can offer alot in one place. They have plenty of open parking close to the entrance with night lighting for safety. You will need a mask to enter the store and social distance but space was not a problem or cleanliness. There were hand sanitary post throughout for customers use.. i was just in the store waiting for my wife to look at absolutely everything so like the good man that I am I waited patiently and gave 👍 when she looks over lol. Every 5 min a different associate came to ask if I needed help finding anything. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about all the sales going on and placement of items says my wife. The store was very clean and very well kept. I felt comfortable as i walked behind my wife throughout the many isles and displays. The store does also sell clothing for men and children in all sizes and brand name's i just didn't need anything that day. I would highly recommend this...

I recently visited the Belk store in Viera in search of white slacks. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find a very small selection, and when I did find some, there were none in my size. However, I did manage to find a few other items that delighted me.

When I went to the dressing room to try on the clothes, I was met with a very unpleasant experience. An associate, with long orange hair, screamed at me and said, "This is a men's dressing room, not today. That's disgusting." I was taken aback by her behavior, especially since I had ended up in the men's area as a last resort to find any form of slacks, also the fitting room sign did not say "men's" on it.

As I left the dressing room, the same associate was waiting for me, and I felt discriminated against and disgusted. It is unacceptable to be treated in such a manner in a store where I intended to make a purchase. My overall customer service experience was at an...

Not much that isn't cheap quality here. What isn't cheap is usually priced ok. My main complaint would be with the staff. They seem to be in competition with each other and not discreetly either. A friendly brunette was helping me and all of a sudden another blonde woman with some sort of growth on her face came up and snapped at the brunette that I was her customer. She helped me but if I'd have to say who was helping me more it'd be the brunette. The main concern here being that she was very rude to the brunette employee and discussing it right in front of me and another customer. I couldn't help but roll my eyes at the other customer. It's just not professional and I've seen this happen more than once at this store. It's usually quiet and I've heard rumors that the store's closing. I'm not surprised to be honest. I probably...
