The Avenue at VIERA is just fantastic! I made three stops while at the Avenue this morning. First Books A Million, one of my very favorite places. I bought a Latte first to drink while I selected an Algebra book that I need. With discounts that I received as a result of a previous visit, the price was cheaper than I could have gotten any where else. Next stop was the Golf Carts Unlimited located almost next to Office Depot. This is a very well stocked store. They sell both new and used carts. The used carts looked brand new to me and the prices are very competitive with anywhere else I have looked. Check it out! Third stop was Office Depot. This is a location I always enjoy visiting. On this trip what I mainly needed was some technical advice which they very cheerfully provided. I did buy some wireless head sets which with my rewards cash, was only $4. One location that I did not stop at was Panera Bread. In my view the store in Viera Avenue is not up to the normal high standards of Panera Bread. At one point I was treated (in my view) rather poorly by the manager when I questioned the quality of a product. As a result I contacted their headquarters and was told that the manager would contact me. I was never contacted.
I shall not dwell on the negative though. The Avenue at VIERA is a fantastic place with many great stores. I always...
Read moreIf the weather is nice and you want to get some walking in, and shop a little or get some food, The Avenue is a good option, actually one of the better options in the local area. There's plenty of restaurant options, all pretty casual- there's Chili's, Longhorn, Outback, and other fast-food types like Five Guys, Moe's, Chipotle... and a little more "upscale" really only Bonefish Grill and The Melting Pot. The sushi place next to Kohl's, Thai Hana, is SUPER GOOD and if you haven't tried it, go there. It's better than any of the other restaurants at The Avenue. The shopping, at least for me, leaves much to be desired, there's nothing special really, just basic stores you can find in any smaller shopping mall anywhere.. like Old Navy, Kohl's, Belk, Bed Bath & Beyond, etc. but that's what's available here so, oh well. The movie theater is mediocre and has changed ownership quite a bit, but the one thing that hasn't changed about it, is their home to the most disgusting bathrooms in the entirety of Viera, so don't pay $10 for a large coke only to be further violated by a trip to...
Read morePizza Gallery is the name of this restaurant and even though I live far away, always eat here when visiting the government center that is nearby. Miss the buffet that used to be available lunchtime most days of the week but the food is still incredibly delicious! And the service is awesome also!
The decoration of this restaurant in my opinion is the best I've ever experienced with a huge fish tank and artwork for sale throughout the restaurant. They even have a kids corner that is pretty awesome also! My most recent meal was a caesar salad, tomato based soup with chicken pasta Alfredo - which was absolutely perfect and Incredibly delicious! Simply could not be done better in my opinion! Plus very reasonably priced!
Right in the center of a really nice open Mall as well. Been successfully eating here since the restaurant opened and it's absolutely superb!!! 100%...
