By far only the rudest employees I've ever encountered work here! I really dont see how and why other people are rating this place with more than one star. Maybe they enjoy bad service and food? The people at Cuban Cafe don't know how to treat people and they show it by having a bad attitude when you ask them something. They told me they run out of food like empanadas and pastries before lunch time and they don't make more. Why not? They don't have prices advertised for the food bar anywhere, you are forced to wait to ask when it's busy and when you ask anyone, they act like you bothered them and wasted THEIR time. Last time I visited, I tried their cuban sandwich and it was such a disappointment. Being made at a Cuban cafe, I expected a lot more since it is named Cuban cafe. The bread didn't taste fresh and the ham was super dry. The pastries are flaky but dry and their empanadas hardly have any meat in them and taste like they have been there for days. There is No Way they make their food fresh daily like they claim. I went there twice only because I wanted to give them a second chance but I wish I hadn't. They always gave bad customer service and everyone knows word of mouth goes around fast. The employees need an attitude adjustment and they need to make freshly made food daily. I highly recomend you don't bother...

Absolutely never returning because of the lack of customer service from employee: Alejandro.
Called this afternoon at 6:15pm to place an order for pick up of one Cuban sandwich. I was told over the phone I could not pay in person and had to give my credit card information over the phone in order to place the order. Concerned about credit card fraud, I told the gentleman that I would simply place the order and wait for it and pay for it when I arrived in person. I drove to old Cuban Café express, which is 20 to 25 minutes away for me, and when I walked in and went to the counter, the gentleman told me they were unable to make a Cuban sandwich for me because they were close to closing time. At this time it was 6:50 PM, and they had 10 minutes to close. I recognized his voice and told him I was the woman who had called a Little while ago and asked for one Cuban sandwich. He confirmed he was the employee I had spoken to, but told me they were unable to make the sandwich despite me having called ahead and telling him I was on my way. He then proceeded to roll his eyes at me and waved his hands and say there was nothing he could do.
What I am mostly shocked about was the lack of professionalism he displayed and his...
Read moreI love the food but I think it's very expensive for the amount that they gave and they charged certain amount for every single lunch platter and you don't even know what exactly you buy into to get to check out... plus in the beginning when they open they were offering these amazing bread kind of like garlic butter bread and now that da they gain customers they're not longer doing it unless you order it yourself and they make you wait about 20 to 30 minutes... they offer a half a gallon natural juice for $10 a little bit overpriced... and the attitude of the people who works there not all the time is good... like me as a woman walking in believe me it may take a little bit of time to finally get being taken care of but when I walk in let's say with my brother or my husband they first talk to the guys and then they take care of the woman's so it's kinda like not fun sometimes to go there especially when you are trying to go and have dinner as a family and that kind of situation popped up it's not fun... Work on the employees customer service value that's...
