Panda Express — Restaurant in Florida

Nice new store, relatively clea during the lunch hour. Stopped in about 10 minutes till noon and no one in line. Ordered a bowl of the fried rice and teriyaki chicken. They said they were out of the teriyaki chicken and it would be about 7 minutes for it to be ready. I said I would wait and asked for them to add a chicken egg roll and medium drink to my order. The girl at the register started building a different order, I guess for delivery and left me standing there. The first girl I gave my order to walked down from the other end of the counter and took my money. After getting my drink and eating my egg roll a group came in and I noticed a couple had ordered teriyaki chicken and were getting there orders completed. AFTER they saw me looking at what was going on they held up a bowl and motioned for me to come up and pick it up from the counter where they left it. This is my last time I will eat here. At least the people at the store in Valrico on 60 are much more friendly and...

So what I never understood about Panda Express is the portion size. Now when I get an order of a basic entree it is a set price, and of course if you want a premium entree it comes at a cost. This being said, why does Panda always serve a small portion for the premium entree? I’m paying the additional fee you deemed necessary for making this premium entree with premium ingredients but you skimp on the serving size which allows you to make more servings all while I have to get less. Panda on 60 outside of Kanes does this 100% of the time. It is legitimately the absolute worst Panda I’ve been to, and I’m an over the road trucker. I e been to panda all over. This is the worst. Very worst. On a scale of worst, it would be them at number 1. 1 being the worst, then skip to 20 then it would be the next place. Please skip this panda. Go the extra mile or two to the one in valrico or get something from the mall. If the owners ever see this train your people up or how bout don’t offer...

Extremely Nice And Helpful I Came In About 30 Minutes Until Close And All Wanted Was One Large Order Of Chow Mein Which Is Usually All I Get But When I Got Up To Order There Was Barely Any And I Was Kinda Upset Because Before Coming Here I Went To The One Next To Target On Bloomingdales About 30 Minutes Before Arriving And They Were Out Of Crow Mein And I Was So Disappointed They Were Out So I Came To This One Hoping They Has Some But They Had Barely Any Left Maybe A Middle Which I Was Okay With But After I Tell This Young Lady That I Will Take Whatever Is Left Of The Chow Mien She Ask Me About How Much I Wanted And I Told Her I Was Hoping For A Large And She Said “I’m Sorry There Only Enough For A Small But I’ll Have Them Cook You Some Fresh Chow Mein, I Responded With You Don’t Have To Do That I Know Y’all Are About To Close She Said Yes We Are But We Care About Our Customers.
