As a person that hasn't been in years I am going to point this out. Ticket system ridiculous with how little you gain from machine if you aren't a gamer and know to bum rush all wheels constantly. Toddlers don't want to do that. So finally get to ticket counter and the tiny prizes are SO OVERPRICED for what you get. If i didn't get bonuses at end then kids would be upset. Next the service ticket person was not very understandable. I didn't confront and try be understanding. Before I went up I knew i had 282 tickets. Kids are wishy washy before settling spending 195 tickets. She said i spent all my tickets. I told her math ain't matching. And she kept repeating what they did as if that's the answer. I decided not to cause issue in speaking manager cause toddlers were happy and didnt want them getting impatient or upset waiting. So I left my card with bracelet attachment on counter and went up few minutes later realizing and asked for it back. Only to be told by Same staff person they recycled it to reuse for others so HAVE TO BUY IT AGAIN TO GET IT BACK. I was pissed that was her answer and floored cause I literally kept apologizing with the wishy washy and tried to be understanding but when you don't meet me half way that makes me not want to come back. Also I didn't realize they removed the free playground for kids! So now for a burn energy away from games is a trampoline park the size of a minivan that cost a extra pass to go do. It is so disappointing seeing the direction things went now vs when I was younger. Making everything have an extra cost.
The reason not 1 star is it was decently clean though never went to bathroom so not sure there. The other staff at actual purchase was nice and helpful. If you actually are at a smart age of focusing on tickets with your unlimited play you can rack a bit of tickets okay that way. But it will take a lot of effort and time. To me the personal pizza was decent though didn't check price since my friend bought.
Overall for your money worth if just experience maybe? If you actually want value in paying and turning round that your toddler will burn the energy they have? No. I...
Read moreVery disappointed. We went on Sunday to celebrate my grand daughters birthday. We will not go back to this location. 1st off, don't let them tell you they have thin crust pizza because well it's not thin crust. We couldn't tell it apart from the regular crust, we had to ask an employee. He looked and couldn't tell either. He had to ask another employee who said the one that is square would be the thin crust. He didn't even look at our pizza to tell. Then when the kids wanted to ride the bumper cars we went up and asked for the attendant, the young lady got on the headset and called for 1. Then 15 minutes later we were still waiting so again we go ask and again they called someone on the headset. 15 min later still mmmmo person so again we go ask someone who then tells me " oh the bumper cars are not working, they need charged" so now I have to go disappoint 5 kids. So we get them busy playing other games and they spent the money that would have been for the bumper cars just to look over and see kids getting into the bumper cars. This was 10 minutes later. So now 5 kids are upset they didn't get to ride the bumper cars, I look like a liar to the kids because they know now the cars don't need charged, and the kids are now out of money so they can not ride them. 5 kids plus all the money we already spent on being there 3 hours = no more money. Needless to say I was pissed. We left immediately. We will not return, if you don't have someone who can run the ride then say that but don't LIE!!!!! AND on a Sunday a very busy day have enough employees to have someone work that area. Lots and lots of people tried to ride them while we were waiting but got tired of waiting. So this place has poor management and poor customer service. Not to mention it was also very intimidating to have security officers walking around the place. I get you need security but none of the officers ever smiled at any kid. It was very intimidating. At least be friendlty...
Read moreI hosted my son’s birthday party at the Chuck E. Cheese in Brandon, FL, and was very disappointed with how it was handled, especially by the manager. A child’s birthday party should be stress free, especially when paying hundreds of dollars to have it taken care of at a place like Chuck E. Cheese, but the manager’s unprofessionalism made the experience frustrating. The manager and one in charge of the party were unresponsive to our concerns and showed no interest in making the event enjoyable or resolving issues that arose.
Issues such as needing more plates and forks, asking for pitchers for drinks, asking prices for add ons. We had a kid fall and bust his face and no manger or employee even asked if we needed any help. There was no kindness in these employees. The kindness that is so needed in this world today. The kindness that sets a business apart from the rest is currently absent from Chuck E. Cheese Brandon.
From poor communication to a lack of organization, it felt like we were left to manage things ourselves despite having paid for a party package. This was supposed to be a special day for my son, and instead, it felt chaotic and poorly managed. I hope someone takes steps to improve customer service because families deserve better. And unfortunately people like this manger of the Chuck E. Cheese in Brandon need to be held responsible for their poor actions and need to removed from their positions before causing problems to other people’s events.
Also do not purchase the gift cards, even though it says for birthday party’s you are unable to use them for organized parties only for food and drinks not for...
