UPDATE: 12/16/24: This location was quite busy when I arrived and small group of people were taking their time in ordering. I was not in rush, but the cashier greeted me by my initial (my Panera account does not list my full first name, just initial). He asked if just a coffee as he was pulling the cup off the stack. I let him know I could wait, but this group was spread out across the cabinet and yeah, they were taking their time. I wrote my number on a napkin. Iām part of the Sipping Club, so that was all they need.
The urns were full of coffee, as were the creamer pitchers, sugars, Splenda, etc.
A couple minutes later he brought me my receipt. That simple gesture was much appreciated. Kudos to him.
End of 12/16/24 update.
First off, I am here often, a member of the sip club or whatever it is called (they hooked me via a āplease come backā offer. The cashiers know my phone number and start to key it in as they see me walking through the door. My cell is quite easy to memorize so yeah, good on the FOH staff.
However, the same cashiers also oversee the coffee area, which sadly, more often than not has empty urns. I understand getting slammed, but there have been visits where the urn(s) is/are empty for over an hour.
Today I purchased a Pick 2 combo for dine-in Autumn Squash soup BLT Chicken Avocado Sandwich
The cup of soup hit the spot quite well. The sandwich, I will order it again to see if todayās was just a fluke. I deconstructed it because it was quite messy.
I wish I had taken photos of the layers because seriously, there was almost no avocado (was a smear) and the cheese was not a slice but appeared to be broken into many pieces. Bacon was plentiful.
I was there around noon and sadly this store does way more business via drive-thru than dine-in, so it almost always appears dead inside. For that reason the dining room should be at least tidy. Nope. Yes, the tables are wiped cleaned often, yet there is trash on the floor.
The bathroom was as clean as could be expected.
Next visit I will take some photos...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could give 0 I would have. Twice Iām one week. I done!! First I order on their app for my convenience. I ordered on line the night before for it to be done at 9:30. I was on my way to work and didnāt have time to wait. So I noticed on the app that they received my order but hadnāt even began to fix it. So I called to check. The lady on the phone was so rude and acted like what do I expect. Than pretty much told me that they donāt start fixing anything until I get there. So much for my convenience I still have to wait. So I went ahead and canceled my order and thought forget it I didnāt have time to wait. Got a callback from the manager Don, he wanted to know what he could do to rectify this and did I really cancel my order. I said yes I really cancel my order and I use the app for the convenience but I didnāt understand why I am waiting for my order to be made, when I gave them a time that I was picking it up it shouldāve been done I was calling 10 minutes before I got there. Then today I decided three days later to give them another chance I ordering my food at the drive-through for dinner tonight I wanted a teriyaki bowl a Baja bowl with chicken a pick two macaroni and cheese and a broccoli and cheddar soup all three with bread and there was zero bread. Got home the bags they taped shut find a zero bread. Called again ,Don answer the phone again and pretty much was like well what do you want me to do about it. Really? And he told me I could come back to the store and pick up my bread a half an hour drive from my house to his store to pick up three pieces of bread that shouldāve been in my bag . I pretty much told him he needed to get it together because I will stop using that Paneraās. They are not worried about customer service , theyāre worried about...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWell, where should I start? They finally brought back two of the best managers they ever had to clean up the store which took them almost 8 months to do between all the roaches that were walking around the store and the bad attitude from the employees and half the store being broke down because the last manager didnāt fix anything these two had a lot on their hands and then the General manager was sick so the assistant manager had to take over for both of them without any extra pay Then .they decided to railroad the two of them and fired them on the spot for no just cause so beware . It will be covered in roaches for too long because they do not know how to clean Your food will be even worse than it ever was and the management really wonāt give a crap just stay away thereās better places to eat, especially if you donāt want roaches in your food.. let me let you in a little secret. Nothing is homemade at Paneraās. Everything comes in frozen even your soup comes in bags frozen all they do is warm it up throw it together and thatās what youāre eating. Youāre not eating fresh food that is cooked there or even bake there they take it out of a box and they put it in the oven so so much for a healthy place to eat itās not. Away this company treats their employees from the higher-ups on down itās a miracle they have anyone working for them so if youāre having a bad experience with them because the employees donāt get treated the way they should, they get took advantage of. Someone really needs to go in there and clean some house and itās not the general manager...
