Went in to order 1/2 dozen donuts and 2 keto donuts. Went to pay and used my debit card. Didn’t think about looking at my receipt at that time but thinking oh my these prices have gone up. Viewing my receipt I has seen where an almost $7 tip had been added that I did not approve. Got home and cut into one of the donuts which was apple pie. If there was even a teaspoon of apple pie filling I was lucky. The two keto ones was absolutely awful. I have had these prior and no complaints whatsoever. Not sure what or why the changes but I will not go back. After bringing this to their attention on the tip and going in to get that refund the manager suggested to be nicer to his employees. I was in no way rude to anyone. Can you not bring attention to these places without being made to feel you’re in the wrong? Where do customers count anymore? Everywhere you go they expect a tip and all they did was just place donuts in a box. WOW! I too excellent when I’m in a restaurant and getting my hair done but this tipping thing is out of hand. JMO! I won’t go back...

The place was beautiful and clean. As I walked in, I noticed that I wasn't greeted; however, I understood that the staff was assisting someone else.

My initial experience revealed that the customer service did not meet my expectations. My 76-year-old dad seemed to ask all the wrong questions, judging by the worker's reactions.

He asked for a donut, and she responded rudely, saying, "You need to wait; I need to know how many you want first." We told her we wanted two. When my dad asked for coffee, she replied, "Yes, one thing at a time. I guess two workers can only do one thing at a time." Her entire demeanor was unfriendly and dismissive.

The donut was just okay. I had the strawberry shortcake donut, but it mostly tasted like sugar and dough, with just one strawberry on top.
