Very Slow Service. They're Not as to what to do next. They seem confused. Cashiers not very Friendly. We definitely do not feel welcomed when we're there. Long lines to purchase tickets, with only 2 Cashiers, and at the Concession as well. Waited 20 minutes in line, to wait some more because they ran out of Popcorn, when they should have had both machines going as busy as they were today. This is terrible service. Employees were rushing, and all over the place. All they had were tiny straws, even for large cups. I asked an employee for bigger straws abd sge said yhst they did mot have. Really?? Such a busy Day, they couldn't prepare for such a busy Day as Christmas day?! This is Poor overall service. We witnessed a male manager arguing with Employees for a while, in front of guests. Including us. That's Rude and unprofessional. Food is overpriced. If management need to yell and or Argue with the Staff, take it to the back. How could they. Shame on them. They haven't had Lids for the refillable Popcorn buckets in months. I mean, we see a couple of weeks, but months. Come on. Its obvious that this company doesn't care about they're Guest's. Bathrooms were not clean, no toilet paper and hardly any paper towels. They're should Always be someone, checking to make sure that you are fully stocked with Everything. There is absolutely No Excuse, for Not being prepared, before you open your doors. !! Carpet in the Theatres are old, stained and smelly. Employees rushed to get to the next customer, when we patiently waited so long in line. We felt rushed, while placing our orders. Unless you make changes, you will be looking customers. They're are alot more Theatres to go too, it's our choice. Very Rude Customer service. Customer service should be your #1 priority and it's clearly Not. We have called before to speak with a Manager, to be left on hold, and told that is Not available. How can we voice our opinion, if Managers refuse to make it right?! If you want to keep your Customer's, you need to make a...
Read moreAesthetically, t's a nice theater. Zero complaints there. The makeover they're giving the place is nice so far, and I suspect it'll look great when it's done. Prices are competitive. Popcorn tastes great, too.
However, my wife and I had a group sitting next to us during Aladdin 3D, and they brought two children with them. They would not sit still. One of the children was constantly pushing the chair's reclining button up and down over and over again. For minutes at a time, all I could focus on was the sound of the chair whirring up, whirring down, whirring up, whirring down, click, clack, click, clack... It was exhausting. The child would stand up on the seat, literally fall back down onto it, shaking my chair in the process (there were no less than three empty chairs in between us - so that was a decent shockwave). He would extend the foot rest all the way out, lay on it, and at least twice fell off of it and onto the floor. It's a quiet theater, the sound of a falling six or seven year old is actually pretty hefty.
It's the most distracting theater experience I've ever had to date. I talked to the manager and was told they would send someone in to take a look. No one showed. After this child continued bouncing on the chair, crawling over to the other seat and staring at me, my wife couldn't handle it anymore and she herself talked to the manager. Finally, the manager comes in and sits next to them to observe the situation. I'm not sure if anything was done as I couldn't hear what, if any, words were exchanged, but the movie was within the last 20 minutes or so before this child was finally forced to settle down. It would have been nice if something more could have been done. I know these days you have to "catch them," but the theater was about half empty. The row just below us was almost empty. Ask them to move a row down, or even offer to give them a rain check to come back to a later showing, or even offer my wife and I to come back to...
Read moreUpdate: So I called the theatre and spoke to the manager and without issue she gave me passes for another movie. Wonderful customer service. Was originally 2 stars but because of the easy fix, five stars.
Went to see the eternals tonight at 7. Bought the tickets online and had no problem getting in and getting our snacks. The problem happened in the movie. During the movie, the lights came on. The movie wasn't stopped for the 20 minutes it took for them to fix it, and of course this happens during the darkest parts of the movie. Also, the movie cut out twice. We continued to watch because stuff happens, but the real problem came once the movies credits rolled. It's a marvel movie so naturally we are going to wait for the entire credits for the post credits scene. The first mid credit scene played but when we were going to wait, one of the staff that was getting ready to clean told us that there wasn't another scene. We believed him and left. Found out later that there is another scene that we missed because we believed the staff member. Really disappointed in our experience tonight, especially since this is the theatre that we...
