I am a little late writing this review, but every once in a while I think back on the events that transpired during my dealings with the owner of this establishment, and I feel like I absolutely must speak out on it. I came here to sell two designer bags. I needed it to be a quicker sale because the money was going to a family member with emergent medical costs. Together, both bags had retailed for a little over $4,000. I knew going into this transaction that I was going to be at a loss selling these items, but I needed to put this money together as soon as possible. Now I have shared this experience with many people close to me, and every single time I get a horrible sickening feeling when I think back on the actions the owner of this establishment took to make as much money as possible. She pulled out every tactic in the book to low ball me, but I was in such desperate need that I didn’t even realize what was happening until after the fact. She insisted on and on that the bags were not worth X amount and even went as far as to pull poshmark “sales”, filtering to show lowest sold price to “convive me” this was all they were really worth. I understand that she in the re-selling business and this is how she makes money, but her tactics were distasteful and deceiving. She spent over an hour going on and on about how my items “were not worth much” and “wouldn’t sell” if I consigned them… only to turn around and list them for almost double days later. I get she wanted a deal but her actions are truly embarrassing. Ladies and gentleman please do not sell your items to this woman. If you do, please please, I beg to you to do your research! She will use deceitful tactics to low ball you!!!! Beware of this glorified scam artist! I believe in what goes around comes around and the deceitful way she runs her business WILL...

Amazing customer service, selfless and absolutely beautiful and very trsonaby priced items. I was heading out of town and had just gotten a ring that was too big and was trying to find someone who can add a small device to make my ring fit. I went to several jewelry stores and none of them could or would help. I walked into Code Belle and the owner herself was in the store. She was super kind and right away understood what I wanted to do. She had these little rubber spirals that your put into the ring in order to make it fit. She even discarded the first one she cut and went one size bigger to make it fit. She would not even take any money from me. She was super sweet and her store has an amazing selections of great gifts and beautiful items in her botique. I could have spent hours thre looking at everything. She has a great business ad. I would recommend this jewelry place to anyone but especially to the bride with a big asks and vintage taste. I needed a two week turn around and the lab grown diamonds guy up the road near Kingsley told me "with your timeliness you're not gonna be able to get anything you want because I'm not gonna work on anything that's not worth my time and what your asking for isn't worth my time" but thank goodness I came here next because immediately the owner kept telling me not to worry about limits and just think about what is your perfect ring and I'll do whatever I can to get it to you and boy did she deliver. To order my ring from the catalog finished it would have been 2 weeks past when I needed it, so the owner got the ring set and put the stone in in-house to meet my extreme deadline. In fact, she beat my deadline and had it back to me in 7 days INCLUDING WEEKENDS DAYS. I couldn't thank her more and I couldn't recommend her more...
