Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

Suggestion for manager would be to train their employees on basic common sense regarding cleanliness. I placed an order online and showed up to pick up. The blonde young girl at the front register dropped sauces I ordered on the floor where there is obviously a lot of foot traffic from employees working there. After dropping the sauces on the floor, she picked them up in front of me and was going to throw them in the box on top of the pizza to which I interrupted her and asked her not to do so for obvious reasons (I guess some people like to eat their food dirty, but I am not into dirty food, especially picked up off the floor). She completely ignored me, placed them in a bag while she was saying something under hear breath after I called her out on what she was going to do. Surprising to see such entitlement attitude and to do something like that right in front of a customer.

Everything has gotten expensive due to inflation and the fact that you get this kind of service, and these employees not caring that customers spend their hard earned money is disrespectful.

Definitely re-training on cleanliness and professional...

Let me begin with I am pregnant and get very irritable when I don’t eat. I came into this store accidentally very upset because I thought it was Dominoes. I had ordered from Dominoes and waited for my delivery for over an hour and was on hold for 20 mins. I came in thinking this papa johns was that dominoes. The employee very nicely made me realize I was in the wrong store. I was so embarrassed and they were so nice. I ordered a pizza from this shop, drove over to dominoes canceled my order with them and came back within 10 mins and this Papa Johns has a delicious pizza ready for me. My co workers and I all chipped in for some pizza and what we got was a disaster. The driver took well over an hour to get here and what we got was a crushed pizza. We called back and they said we had to wait for them to come back pick up the pizza and return to their store and then bring us back another one. People started getting hungry so we picked at the good half and the other half went to waste and the cheap manager said he couldnt fund us the other pizza. That was the LEAST he could have done.
