Okay so the past two experiences here have not been good. The time before last I ordered in person, there were two people ahead of me and it took 20 mins to get my order while people came in after me and got their orders ahead of me (no they didn't call ahead and no they were not online orders) mind you I only ordered 2 smoothies and there where 4 teenage boys working around 7pm weekday shift. Fast forward to today. I ordered online which was nice because the food was ready when I got there, however I ordered the hummus bowl online which states that it comes with black beans & rice and my order came with shredddd lettuce a small scoop of hummus, a small scoop of guacamole, a few slices of red onion, a small scoop of tomato and a piece of pepper jack cheese torn into fourths. I basically got a sub par salad for $7.00!!!! I would have been way better off getting a publix salad. My salad bowl was missing two main ingredients, rice & black beans and had such a small amount of hummus that it was a pathetic excuse for a "hummus bowl". I will include a picture of what the bowl was supposed to be along with the online description versus what I actually received. Also, my husband $6.99 Thai chicken wrap size was laughable. It was literally the diameter of a average sized cucumber definitely not comparable to other Tropical Smoothies that give you your money's worth. Read moreUnfortunately just had a very poor experience here. Rachel the “manager” on duty is EXTREMELY unprofessional. I have worked in the service industry since I was 16 and am in utter shock at the service I just received. My brother works at this store and we came in to see him and order food, as we often do. We usually are offered to use his discount and this time Rachel told us we aren’t able to do that. Weird?? But whatever, I still paid for the food and kept my order the same. I received dirty looks and eye rolls from Rachel while I was in the store waiting for my order. Not sure why, but again whatever. Shortly after I left i get a call from my brother letting me know that after I left she started talking smack about me.... why? I have no idea. I was in no way rude to her at all. My brother OBVIOUSLY defended me and when she continued to talk negatively about me, he walked out. I cannot believe how unprofessional a “MANAGER” just behaved. Im totally shocked and disappointed in this experience. Managers should be trained to have the utmost respect towards customers and should know WAY better than to trash an employees family to them. Read moreHighly disappointed with the curbside pick up. Being 8 months into COVID....I would think they could have perfected this option by now. Ordered my food and one smoothie on the app more than 2 hours ahead of time. Scheduled pick up time was 12:30pm. I arrived 10 minutes early knowing my food may not be ready yet. My sandwich came out 15 minutes prior to my smoothie. Also asked for a side of sour cream for my quesadilla. The young lady said she would grab it for me. I asked her twice once when she brought out my sandwich and then again when she finally brought my smoothie. I waited at the curbside line for an additional 20 minutes....just to find our from another young Male worker that they do not have sour cream! I had to call out for him while he was serving other people. That young lady never came back out. Now my sandwich is cold and my entire lunch break is over. Needless to say I will not be back.
