OK I'M GIVING 5STARS TO PAUL WHY BECAUSE I KNOW HOW MUCH MY MOM LOVES PAUL AND I KNOW HOW MUCH I LOVE PAUL AND I KNOW HOW MUCH PAUL LOVES HIS BUSINESS BUT IT'S ALOT FOR HIM I REMEMBER WHEN PAUL 1ST STARTED WE ATE FROM PAUL EVERYDAY,EVERYDAY EVERYDAY I MEAN EVERYDAY MY MOM WILL NOT COOK TO EAT FROM PAUL AND MY MOM DOESN'T EAT FROM NOOOOOOOOOOOO BODY AND I HATE TO WRITE THIS AND POST THIS BUT PAUL YOUR EMPLOYEE/CASHIER VEDELYNE SHE HAS TO GO SHE IS RUDE RUDE RUDE TO MY DAUGHTER,TO ME,AND ESPECIALLY TO THE WRONG PERSON (U),I LITERALLY WATCHED HER ROLL HER EYES AT U AFTER U TOLD HER TO WIPE THE OUTSIDE COUNTER,TO DON'T REPEAT OR ASK ME ANYTHING TO JUST RING UP MY ORDER AGAIN AND CATCHING ATTITUDE LIKE NUMBER ONE WE ARE BRINGING THE BUSINESS NUMBER TWO PAUL IS PAYING U, NUMBER 3 MY DAUGHTER IS A 15YR OLD CHILD AND U SLAMMING THE WINDOW IN HER FACE BECAUSE SHE TELLING YOU WAT I PAID FOR AND WAT U GAVE US WAS INCORRECT BECAUSE U MADE A MISTAKE FOR U BEING RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL THEN KEPT TELLING US 10MINUTES AND WE WAITED 45 MINUTES IF I DIDN'T CALL PAUL TO INTERRUPT HIM FROM HIS BUSINESS CONVERSATION THAT HE WAS HAVING WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER I PROBABLY WAS GOING TO BE THERE ANOTHER 45 MINUTES THEN PAUL TELLING HER AGAIN WAT TO DO AND SHE STILL ROLLING HER EYES AND CATCHING ATTITUDE AND U R A WHOLE ADULT LIKE GROW UP AND WORK I ALWAYS SEEN PAUL WORKING WORKING WORKING FOR HIS BUSINESS I SEE PAUL IN TRAFFIC,AT THE STORE,AT HIS TRUCK NOO MATTER HOW BUSY OR TIRED OR AGGRAVATED HE IS HE GREETS ME WITH A SMILE,WITH RESPECT,WITH LOVE, AND THEN ALWAYS TELL ME DON'T FORGER TO TELL MOMMY I SAID HELLO NO MATTER WHAT PAUL HAS GOING ON HE WILL NEVER SHOW IT TO ME OR HIS CUSTOMERS SINCE IK PAUL SO IDK WHO VEDELYNE ASSUME OR THINK SHE IS OR WAS BUT IK IT WASN'T WORTH THE RUDENESS OR DISRESPECT TD AND BECAUSE OF PAUL ND ME HAVING COMMON SENSE I IGNORED HER BECAUSE IF IT WAS THE OLD ME MEZAMI.... BUT I STILL WOULDN'T DO IT BECAUSE OUT OF THE RESPECT FOR PAUL HE HAS BEEN SOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD TO MY MOM ND MY FAMILY BUT PAUL TY FOR TD AND GOD BLESS U ND UR BUSINESS WE...

Today I brought someone with me to Paul's food truck. For starters, the person with me asked how long for our food to be ready after a 10 minute wait. She said one second and left us there and didn't say a word. Eventually out of frustration he walked across the street to use the restroom. When he returned we waited at the window we finally asked about our order again. Guess what? It been sitting on the counter ready for a while now. And they were acting like they didn't want to serve anyone the food wasn't fresh the chicken was fried in old oil and everything wasn't what I remember it tasting like .I'm pregnant and I craved it and it wasn't good I would say to the owner please have pleasant pple that want to wrk at the window and are aware of what good food service is I don't expect a Michelin star service at a food truck.But at least pleasant people that want to work and actually are cleaning out.The oil in which is frying meats, plantains and other stuff.Now the food is usually really great.The experience this time was horrible.I'm hoping next time...

If you are reading this review to determine if you should come eat at Paul's then stop reading and start driving. This is the most flavorful Haitian food I have ever had. Everything here is incredibly well made and fresh. It is family owned and operated, which is why every customer is treated with love like family. We order catering from here all the time and it is a huge favorite! Everyone is always asking to order from here again because the food is always consistently delicious and perfectly cooked. They add new menu items as well so there is always new things to try. Some of the top favorites are the fried chicken, the rice and beans, the macaroni and cheese, and if you like to spice up your food their pikliz is the best I have ever had. These flavors are truly unique and I would 100% recommend this place...
