Stopped by late last night to pick up some good food. Paul's is very convenient because it's open very late and best of all, the location... they remain in the same location everyday, unlike a lot of food trucks out here. One day they're there, next day... gone. Now, the food. Bought one plate of fried wings and one plate of grilled chicken and a separate black rice, which is always good. The chicken has its own spices and flavorings to it, which makes it unique. The only drawback to Paul's is, that they don't sell sauce to go with the rice.

Exceptional Haitian Cuisine Cooked To Perfection ! I had the pleasure of ordering the fried chicken with fried plantain . The meat is so well seasoned you can taste the marinade that the meat soaked in. The prices are a bit high but it’s definitely worth it ! Great staff creole and English speakers so anyone can come and enjoy a plate from the food truck . I definitely would recommend if you looking for a gourmet meal late night this is definitely the food truck to come to 10/10 would recommend

Great food, i got the rib platter it came with fried plantains and fried sweet potato for $15 enough for two but had to wait an hour for it. Had to update the review because they’ve improved a lot The food is still amazing one of the best places to get Haitian food they never disappoint and the service is faster

Hey Friends, I recommend Paul’s Unique to you 💯💯. Sometimes when my husband and I need a nice meal and refuse to cook, this is one of the many places we attend and we love it 😍. So much food, and it taste so good. Our favorite is the grilled chicken which you can see in the picture is a lot. ‼️
