Our first visit to this location and we arrived just minutes after they unlocked the door. As we walked up one of the employees opened the door for us and greeted us. We walked over to the counter to double check what we wanted and placed her order with ease. I ordered spicy chicken fingers with a side salad, no tomatoes. My companions got the grilled tenders with fries and we all had their lemonade. Our food arrived quickly and everything looked fantastic. The tomatoes had been added to my salad but as they are grape tomatoes I removed them and one of my companions ate them. At least we did not waste them. The tenders were fabulous and we each had different sauce for our tenders. I got a honey barbecue and a sweet Sriracha. The Sriracha would normally be outside what I enjoy but the flavor and heat is excellent. The tenders already have good heat but adding the sauce just expands upon the flavor. The lemonade was everything they claimed it would be. It was well recommended by the lady who waited on us and I thanked her before leaving and told her it was truly excellent. I only wish I could have had more of it. When we finished eating and we're cleaning up the head out the one employee offered to take our tray to get rid of her garbage and then open the door for us and thank us for stopping in. We were the first ones in the door when they opened but quite a few people came in after us. They have a well laid out seating area that is quite comfortable along with accessible seating. I've been happy with every one of their locations I have ever been to and I really wish they had a location close to where I live. If you haven't tried PDQ, you're really...
Read moreHereâs the thing. Itâs not PDQ. Itâs who they hire. Chick-fil-A was absolutely full last night so I drove past it and went to PDQ because they are never busy and I can get broccoli in your drive through. I like that broccoli thing. Sadly When I got home and got ready to dig in I realized why I was the only car in that drive through. Itâs because no matter how good of a business idea you have your staff can literally destroy your entire business and let me just say theyâre not hiring like chick-fil-a. My meal was definitely Tampered with and for that I will never be goin to this location ever again. Also my honey butter chicken sandwich had no pickles or honey butter just a piece of chicken between two pieces of bread and the funny part is I asked for extra honey butter. Maybe these people should work in a place where they donât have to deal with customers since theyâre going to tamper with peoples food you come from a long hard day at work and you donât wanna go home and cook so you spend your money at an establishment that literally makes you regret spending any of your hard earned money there. You need to take some tips from Chick-fil-A because emotional intelligence goes a long way. You should ask your staff if they would like someone to play with their food, their money, their physical health and their time. When you have no sense itâs hard to see the line between something...
Read moreThis is easily my favorite PDQ to go to! I travel for work and PDQ in general is consistent and way better than McDonalds so it makes a good road pick, but this specific PDQ- lemme tell you what, they have the most friendly people working here. The shop is always clean and the staff well dressed and all that stuff but I mean these guys have gone down the list of sauces with me âcause I was curious and there was nobody in line behind me. The proprietor of this shop, Bryan Payne, and I are on a first name basis at this point, not because Iâm by any means a regular, but just because he remembers and itâs awesome because when you walk through the front door youâre greeted by name- and Iâve overheard him reinforcing that with the employees too. So come to think of it, actually, I donât know if the folks here are nice or just well trained. Either way, Bryan my man, if you see this, just keep doing what youâre doing, you guys are killing it!!!
Oh and for the record, fastest PDQ south of the Mason Dixon- were talking maybe 2 minutes from the time you order to when you...
