Refused me service and physically removed me from the store!!! When I asked for their names so I could submit a complaint about the package...
Lost and damage very important expensive package and no one has been able to tell me why. The package returned to me damaged and in bad shape (very expensive and rare orchid) AND the importance of the package was very well communicated to the lady helping me and the supervisor. Tomorrow I'm going in person to ask for a refund and the packed to be send prioty if not overnighted for free. That is the very least I deserve. We will see how the store manage response. So upset over this. Is has been weeks of stress and hours and hours a day of being on hold and taking to corporate and several managers. Was suppose to get a call back with a resolution to all this but nothing yet. Hints my trip in tomorrow. ABSOULETY RIDICULOUS!!
Update!! Went back today... I went In to have a damaged and lost package resolved and refunded and a new one sent out. The owner was extremely rude and laughed in my face at which point i told her to have someone else come help me since she wanted to be rude... laughing at me waving her arms around all of that.. told me she couldn't help me that I would have to go to the post office even though the package went out of their store they couldn't do anything about a refund or it being damaged... finally some guy comes over I'm assuming her husband and he tells me it's not their fault and they will not help me... so I then told him fine just send the package... he then told me the owner said no she would not send my package and to leave the store.. I asked their names to submit a complaint they refused to give me there names... the man then came from behind the counter and physically pushed me out the doors with my package in hand... needless to say my hands are still shaking. Funny thing they refuse me service and told me any solution for a problem the post office could only Handel... I went to the post office, They had no idea what the "owner" of this location was talking about and told me I would have to go back to parcel plus that they are the only ones who can refund and send my package... you DO NOT TREAT A CUSTOMER THIS WAY OR PUT YOUR HANDS ON ANYONE OR DENY ANYONE SERVICE BECAUSE YOU CAN'T FIX A PROBLEM YOU CREATED!!! The man in the store literally forced me with his 250lb body out of the store!!! Also the owner laughed at me again when I said I wanted to complain on my experience and replied there's no one to complain to I'm the owner of this store!! Hahaha as she walked awah finally and the man came up. Unprofessional!! Illegally refused me service!! AND physically put his hands on me!!...
Read moreI've had a past experience with this location and I overlooked the previous visit because it was at the end of Covid but to go back years later same thing smh I had to post my review. This morning I went to the location to send my Cologuard kit, as required by the company in the same resealable package with the return slip attached only to be told by the female clerk that they don't handle those types of packages and that it's not sealed so I would have to purchase a box to send it and the clerk stated to the manager sitting in the back that my package can't be handled by them because it's not properly package. I understand this location is independently contracted but If you're being selective about packages received or handled at this location then note it for future customers so time isn't wasted and people can go somewhere else like I did with no problems or questions asked. And to be clear my previous visit was a package being delivered that I properly sealed only to be told when I got there that they had to check the contents of the box, for insurance purposes which made me have to buy another box for repackaged.
